Top notch service from start to finish. You want things done right! They know that and execute that every step of the way from customer service, to daily updates or any concerns which you may have. Pleasant experience. Process was sweet and vehicle was ready on time as stated and that’s with parts issue so they probably could have finished a little earlier. They are extremely friendly and highly professional and courteous.

My experience with Caliber Collision was the best customers service experience I have had in a long time. The receptionist Connie was friendly and courteous; overly accommodating. Dylan showed empathy and concern and delivered on his promise to get my vehicle back to me as quickly as possible. Dylan dealt with my insurance claim, and took care of everything from start to finish. This place is efficient, fast, friendly and repaired my 4Runner back to new condition in less than 7 days; even with a holiday weekend included. I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone wanting the work done properly. I was also impressed by the way I was updated on the progress daily. Excellent place.
