First time coming into this store, I usually like shopping online. But I had friends in town and they wanted to go out and see the town. I was greeted as soon as I entered but it all went down hill from there. I walked from one end of the store to the other and no one even checked on me. The store was very clean and dust free. They also had a good amount of sales going on as well. The sales associates I did see were stocking the store and helping some people the rest were standing around talking. Hopefully it'll be a better experience in the furtue.

To the staff members that helped myself and my wife when she passed out in your store today 08/11 I want to say a sincere thank you for everything that you all did. Your company should be so oroud of the wonderful caring staff they have. We are visiting from Australia and my wife is now in hospital being cared for mainly thanks to all your staff. I will rate this Calvin Klein a 3 due to its clothes being great quality and also for them being extremely comfortable. But although the clothes is great! The unwelcoming environment is an issue. I went in today and was not welcomed in with a smile or a good afternoon. This employee seemed to have a very harsh attitude which I did not appreciate because I was expecting a good positive attitude especially coming from an employee that has to deal with customers on a daily basis. This employee named Alejandra absolutely embarrassed her coworker by yelling at her in front of me. I even felt uneasy and uncomfortable due to what I just experienced. I thought it was rude and very disrespectful not only to everyone who witnessed it but especially to her coworker. I hope that issue gets resolved because I like to believe that there should be a good professional relationship between coworkers and unfortunately by the looks of it she does not.

I normally shop online and my husband decided to treat me to go find something inside the store so I found a jacket I liked but they did not ha e my size so I took the coat to the front counter and told the young guy that I needed him to call south premium outlet and give them the style number see if the size was there. This kid looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language like I asked him to start pulling his teeth out... I asked if if there was an issue does he not understand what I am saying so I repeated myself again he looked confused he turned to his coworker and asked to switch roles in the store and she declined and they both laughed. Then he walked to other side for a good 10 15 minutes I was beyond frustrated and had my husband on the phone and said I don't think these kids even know what they are doing or what I am talking about. They were huddled on other side 4 of them trying to figure out what to do it was unreal ? finally he came back to me and asked what size I wanted I said extra large or large is fine he took his ear piece out holding towards me as if I needed to speak into that so I said loudly again then he asked my name I said Cameale he made me repeat it again so I did then he walked off and never came back never said thank u ma'am it's on hold anything I stood there maybe 3min then I left the store so RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIFIC SERVICE. We drove to South premium I went to men's store first because I normal online shop no idea where this store is they told me location and started that store had been closed all day though no point in going... Since the kid stated he received it for me I walked to the location and saw it actually was closed door was broken it was dark. I then called north premium in disgust with the wild goose chase I was just sent on talked to the closing manager yesterday she informed me the kid did talk to someone there it was Closed but the workers did tell him it was there so she informed me for my troubles she would place a discount and call me the next day which is today with details and then I could go get my jacket I said okay great. Anyhow day has turned to night I called north premium at like 2 this afternoon talked to day manager who acted like she didn't understand what I was saying then she said oh I remember this I was informed of situation. She told me closing manager wasn't there and she would relay the message for a callback and explanation. Can I just say in my experience deal g with public and customer care this was the absolute worst service I have experienced I never go to the malls ever and decided to go look for something not only was service really bad the workers and the amount of incompetence was just unreal. Reminded me why I shop online seems people have not only no skills but also lack common sense courtesy and respect for their customers I surely will never ever step foot in this location ever again and debating of j will even use their website. Rather shop at Gucci and Louis vuitton where customers are treated accordingly Seriously did I ask for too much lol absolutely insane! Very satisfied I have kids 26 23 11 9 and 7 all could run the store better than that whole staff!!!

Never gotten customer service this good at any retail store!! Had a great experience with a young man with glasses that goes by the name of John. He was very kind and helped us get the best deals and made us feel very welcomed. Will be coming back and hoping to see him again!

So sad! Iv been getting emails with coupons, when I got to the store, and to the register ready to pay, the cashier told me there was no discount at all, referring to the ones on my email. I had to leave some items and pay prices as marked..So disappointed!!

Their the worst customer service at the cashier. They have no idea of what they doing. I’ve been buying from Calvin Klein for over 10 years. Never had an issue until this Vegas store. They can’t scan coupons they have no idea how to get things get done . The manager is terrible with that attitude. I hope Calvin Klein into this
