The hallways and lobby show some wear and tear but the room was clean and Jaylin at the front desk was very helpful and professional.

Super mala experiencia.

I am completely starting this compliant over again I am beyond disgusted end disappointed in the lack of empathy shown when I had one of my dizzy episodes. I got up not feeling so great so I stood in front of the air conditioner to cool down but nothing would cool me down. So we had everything loaded on the luggage cart and there is a knock at the door it was a woman who said what are you doing? Obviously we’re checking out but she was said or so rudely as if we were an inconvenience to her and her time. She said I have already charged you $50 for late check out it was barely 11:30am. I have stayed at plenty of fancy hotels and this is not a fancy place how about asking politely are you extending your stay with us today? So I told my daughter to hurry up and load our vehicle and I’ll take the room keys and pay for the $50. As I walked down the hallway I noticed something on the floor it was feces. I said ewww what is that now she completely walked past the poop to get to our room and didn’t even clean up the poop in the hallway. That’s hazardous now that strike two. As I continued slowly down the hall I started getting hotter and dizzy I caught the front desk counter just in time before I collapsed. Both ladies were discussing charging the $50 and not can we help you. The lack of concern and empathy toward those who are disabled is extremely discriminatory. Thank you for putting the chair behind me but as I told you this is why we went late checking out. Nobody still didn’t care the two ladies at the front made a decision to call the ambulance but had no idea what number to call??? Doesn’t that sound suspect hmmm it’s 9-1-1! I told her I don’t need a ambulance I have a medialCondition and I need ice water. I was told we don’t have ice or water but I can get you some water out the bathroom do I look like a dog to you. Seriously! I need the corporate office to reprimand these ladies and they need empathy training. Just because I have a disability doesn’t mean I get ignored. I am truly hurt and heart broken that they would not even show any concern. This establishment deserves a zero because you don’t treat people wrong because you have the power of authority to charge them an extra $50. They also need etiquette training as well if this place continues to treat disabled people wrong they will have law suit after law suit coming their way! We are not a problem because we have disabilities we just need extra time and empathy. The guest saw me cringed over the front desk they were more concerned about me than the staff was. Now that sad but mark my words you will reap what you sowRooms: The room was amazing my biggest concern was the residue built up around the shower head! You have to take those things down and bleach them.Safety: The hotel security is pretty good you cannot get into the side doors without a key card! Although the door looks old and beat up it was alright!Food & drinks: I did not see a water fountain, snacks, or any food items! I didn’t even see a vending machine so if you want food get ready to walk, drive, or have it delivered!

I have visited 14 states and stayed in countless hotels in 8 years. Not 1 of these hotels charged for early check-in. I was at this location at 3 pm. Their check-in is at 4 pm. The multiple companies that own Sonesta truly need to re think some policies. I used CLC to book this location. Per CLC policies, no location can charge extra fees or make a customer use their card for incidentals. Sonesta employees should know all policies. Numerous extra fees. Sonesta is not a corporate friendly location. The individual behind the counter was unpleasant. Not just with me. 2 other customers.

Noteworthy details: Well, there is lots to say about this place. I’ll try to keep a short. Honestly, the staff comments are about two specific ladies who are usually at the front desk on weekends and evenings and check you in at four pm. one is a red haired lady. The other is a short haired, African-American lady. I’m describing them because I am not going to include their names . The level of unprofessionalism is through the roof, they’re both condescending and unhelpful. There are several incidents on camera where this can be seen, they get immediately bothered at the most normal, non -combative requests. On several occasions the African American woman clearly chose to talk to other people before me. And when I approached she just looked at me and definitely did not ask what I needed , instead she asked “what do you got?” As in “how are you going to bother me? “….The property, its furniture, and carpets are filthy the smell is consistent, nothing ever gets sanitized although there are signs that say otherwise. The doors outside take at least an average of four to five minutes to open each time because the card readers are outdated and mostly all broken. I’ve watched guests such as myself walk away in frustration after swiping their cards repeatedly and with more force each time. Im assuming someone broke one of the main the side doors out of frustration. Also all doors seemed to be kicked in. the management won’t fix it even though people complain about it on a daily basis. I must disclose that my company picked this hotel for me to stay at while I worked in this city, I had no say at all but they paid for 30 days, which was well over $3000, yet the aforementioned ladies in the front desk told me that they weren’t allowed to give you ONE extra toilet paper roll or towels. As in, you only get one toilet paper roll a week, as well as one towel to shower PER week. when I went to ask for one more toilet paper and one more towel on the same day that housekeeping had came through and left me one item of each, I went back, and only after a back and forth and dirty looks from short haired lady and after I mentioned the thousands of dollars that my company had generated them in revenue did red haired lady oblige to give me one toilet paper roll. Another two honorable mentions are the items you find right outside the door, which were burned foil and needles on the ground as soon as you walk to the parking lot. I couldn’t even last a week and asked to be moved even though I kept giving them chances to improve, but it inly got worse.I honestly think that people keep coming here because it’s affordable . but trust me save your money !!! And peace of mind. if safety is at all a concern to you and your family, do not come here because it is highly likely that you can get approached by many of the transients are intoxicated people that are walking through the parking lot, while you struggle for minutes trying to open the door. this is 100% honest, I’m someone that never leaves reviews but this was just way too much !!! I hope you do better Sonesta Suites and ladies in the front desk.

"We stayed for 4 nights and were disappointed by the lack of amenities. We were only provided with 2 sets of towels for the entire duration of our stay and had to trade our dirty ones to get clean ones. There was no maid service to replace towels, so we had to purchase our own linens from a store. The location wasn't too far from the strip, but we were surrounded by homeless individuals."

TL:DR - Everything about this place is worse that it should be because there is 0 attention to any details. Dirty, unsafe, annoying, pricey.Every single door, like the exterior one north side leading into the first floor, is somewhat between barely functional and actually falling apart. You just pull on it hard and it will open no key card required.I asked maintenence to change my broken kitchen light bulb above the fridge twice. No action taken over 3 week stay. The towel policy is stingy and cumbersome for guests having to go to the lobby every time you need a fresh anything. Our group asked to have our rooms cleaned as much as normal just not in the mornings as we sleep past noon for work. Instead they just never did any house keeping for most of our rooms unless we asked directly more than once.I had to swipe my key card like a maniac over 10 times most times to get into my room. I assume the reader is almost out of battery but good luck if they ever fix that.Laundry is $3 ****ing dollars to wash and $3 ****dollars to dry, soap not included! Have fun going back to the lobby when you realize that. Another $2 for a single load of detergent. Damn near extortion imho. They were very blunt and direct about telling our group "WE DON'T SMOKE HERE". Of course my self and one others rooms smelled like cigarettes upon checkin. The kitchen is a nice thing to have but between our group everyone has something different. I had all forks and one cup and one bowl. My buddy had all spoons, two butter knife and one plate. Comical combinations for everyone at best. The TVs in the rooms are strangely ancient and that's fine... if my remote had batteries, Or worked at all when I did finally get some in it.The windows are clearly extremely old and let through an inspiring amount of road noise that I did not think was possible from this distance, I know that's a bit nit picky, but I'm here to be, transparent :)I am running out of patience to write anything more but I'll close out by saying for the location I understand it's quite a value focused spot but, logistically I know the cost and effort difference nessecary to make this place worth its while is tiny. It shows a clear lack of any care or pride about the business. Everything is the bare minimum here, don't expect more.

The phone in my room was completely broken when I needed it. The staff at the front desk (a chubby black woman) blame it on me saying it was my problem not checking the phone earlier, and told me it would not be fixed until the next day, when I check out. It is supposed to be the hotel’s responsibility that everything the room is usable. Since when it becomes the customer’s problem??? She was unwilling to fix this problem and unwilling to get me a phone to call, while, again, it is the hotel’s responsibility that the customer gets the service provided. Terrible experience. Avoid this place at all costs if you don’t want to be blamed when there are problems in the room you paid for.

There’s 2 of us but only got 1 bath towel & that one bath towels has pubic hair yuck! Got another bath towel & it has hairs as well & stains. Dinning chairs are dirty, one of the kitchen drawer is broken. I am a platinum member & when booked the room I was offered early check in for free so I said yes and the rep will notify the hotel. We got there 1 hr early & we were not allowed to check in early the receptionist said there’s no note & even if I’m a plantinum member I cannot check in early. So what’s the point of being a Sonesta member & having a platinum status.

The lady at the front desk who loves the cowboys was extremely unhelpful and rude. I came to check in, and AFTER I paid the deposit, she said they didn't accept my card and that there was nothing she could do about it. Even though they had just charged my card, and even though I had been staying at a Sonesta in another location for the last two months using that exact same card. Horrible customer service, and I still haven't gotten that deposit money back from them.
