I showed up 15 minutes before they were closing and they refused to provide service. Remember the good old days of customer service? These young kids have no clue what that even is. They just wanted to get out of there. This was my first time there too...what a lasting impression for my first and last visit.By the way kids, back in the day, you served food until closing time and then you closed up the store. Those were some good times. I will cherish them always as these kids today will never get it.After leaving, I went to the other Capriotti’s by Costco, ordered my sandwiches, and was back in my car by 6:03 (3 minutes after the other location’s closing time). This tells me I would have been outta there before they closed…but oh well, they lose!

Not good. CheeseSteak is dry, I asked for mayo and oil and got none on it. Bland, no salt, no seasoning. Feel like a snake eating a rat, that's how dry it is. Felt like a was bothering them bc no one was in there and now they had to

I would give zero stars if I could. Our Bobbie was a bit of old shredded Turkey and some cranberry on top. No stuffing! Nothing!.Our kids grilled cheese meal was just a piece of cheese with bread. No meal. No juice. No nothing. Our pastrami sandwich was all coleslaw and 2 bits of pastrami. This place went to the dumps. I highly advise people not to buy from here again. The food and price are not worth it. Terrible.

This location is definitely under new management and it shows! The shop is clean, staff is friendly Andy Cole Turkey was delicious!! I will definitely be back again!

Ordered a cheese steak with nothing spicy and just got meat. Ordered 2 clam chowders and received none. Foods great otherwise.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They wouldn't break a bigger bill for my boyfriend so he sent me & they broke the bill for me!

Lots of negative reviews, but I happened to stop in for lunch today and two young men were working. My order was quick and well-made. I'll use this location again.

Worst Capriottis ever. Maybe the worst store in general. I've been here 3 times since I've moved to the area. All 3 times have been different workers. Every time they get things wrong and on top of that.....they look like they hate their lives. Deceitful Practices.....their menu prices aren't what you're paying. Thieves should be ashamed of themselves. Sending these pictures to corporate for sure

If I could give the zero stars, I definitely would. I ordered a large classic cheese steak tonight. Instead, I received 2 medium-sized dry sandwiches. But I was still charged for the large. Only came with dry meat that tasted like cardboard, onions, and a little bit of cheese. There are so many ingredients missing, and I did not make any modifications. Once I got home to eat my sandwich, I saw it and was going to call them. I realized they were closed. I'm guessing they were in a rush to get off, so they gave this nasty sandwich.Also, my sister ordered a Bobby, and they literally put the smallest amount of turkey, Stuffing, and just over did it with the Cranberry sauce. The whole sandwich was purple from the sauce spilling over the sandwich.DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

Absolutely disgusting inside. This place is filthy. I was shocked. I looked at the floors there was crap everywhere. It had not been cleaned in who knows how long. Worse, I swear I saw someone's missing sock under the soda machine. Completely disorganized unprofessional staff. We we ordered online, and the food was not ready at the time of pickup. The staff said that they needed to re-do it. The explanation was weird. I just went with it. I specifically asked for no mayo. Sure enough there was may on all the sandwiches. I put in a special request for everything to be cut into quarters -- nope.The place had a fraternity house style vibe among the staff. It sure didn't feel like they were taking any of this seriously. The food quality has gone down hill The place looks disgusting inside. I cannot see how this place is even hygienic. I would love for the board of health to take a surprise visit and give a report.Had I not already pre-paid for the food, and pre-tipped the staff, I would have just walked out and left. Praying that I don't get some kind of food born illness from this filthy restaurant.AVOID THIS PLACE! My experience was not unique. Look at some of the other reviews. Other people are calling out the filth.

If I was able to give zero stars, I would. Ordered through their mobile app with reward points and a little extra cash. Got to the store to pick up my order, the "manager" informed me that they tried calling me to let me know that they were all out of the wagyu. My phone records show no missed calls so they obviously lied to me. I wanted a refund, but the "manager" couldn't give it to me. They had to wait until the next day for the owner to do it. Never got my money back. Now I am going to initiate a chargeback. As others have said, very bad service, dirty location, employees that doesn't seem to care. Never going back to this location.

I knew I shouldn't have gone here yesterday and I'm sorry I went. I went to this location about 18 months ago (first time ever at a Capriotti's) and had a terrible experience. I decided to give them another try yesterday. I will absolutely not be back. Everything I read today from others about the horrible service and the filthy store are true. Rude employees, most of them teenagers who did not greet me, or seem to care about how much time was being wasted. Some other teenager came in, a patron, and cut right in front of me. One of the employees seemed to be more interested in the fact that he was there versus doing his job. Feel bad for the owner who clearly has no idea what's happening in that store.I would almost forgive the lack of attention to customers if they were short staffed. They clearly were not, as I counted five employees, again, standing around, mostly joking, and not paying attention to the storefront itself. Like others, I wish I could give this place zero stars.

Terrible customer service, lost my order. Argued amongst them selves while swearing loud enough for the dinning room to hear. All around very unprofessional.
