The parking spaces that are at the entrance on the right hand side for disabled people do not allow them to use them, the custodian takes you out because they are reserved for the building only and that is incorrect because that is why they give us access to those parking spaces with our DMV plate as physically disabled people, I went to visit and I felt a great annoyance at not finding where to park when those places were available.

I would like to acknowledge Raul Vega and Maria Ochoa. They are the reason why I love volunteering at the Food Pantry. They take care of us volunteers, always making sure that we're ok. Raul always tells me to be careful driving home when I leave at the end of myshift. He also gives us water. You are lucky to have them as employees.. Susie always says hi to me with a big smile everytime. That's the good feeling I have when working at the Food PantryErlinda Reyes

The worst place to go to ask for help, my biometrics appointment arrived and because of the person who helped me at the entrance I lost my appointment due to bad information and it turns out that now no one can help me schedule an appointment new they push me from one place to another and no one can help me the worst place in all of Vegas honestly

You call for help and they give you a number in queue...when you number comes up the line rings and rings and rings..no one will answer or help you!! I called back and pressed #1, they falsely tell you to hold for an operator and no one picks up the line? Not a coincidence.

Terribly malicious people work there.? The three women who work at the window are lazy, ill-educated, racist and full of hatred and envy. There is no good mood in any of them. I don't even understand how they can work in such a place, where vulnerable people go there for help. They almost kick you in the face... We waited there for 3 hours and then they told us that they wouldn't give us anything. They claimed we spat on them. We asked for a video recording, but they said no, and to leave... they almost threw us out. I hope that these people, who did this to a family with four children, will have a good holiday and that the good Lord will do his work for them.?

When you are homeless or housed but broke, this is the best place for meals. Lunch is served like in jail houses, between 10:00 and 11:00 AM so be on time.

I brought my service dog and it wasn't an issue as with some places. Service was quick and satisfactory. Freezing seems to be standard practice and I suggest you look at the dates of items received.

I went to apply at their food bank for assistance for the first time since 2019. They used to be wonderful, in fact I've always loved Catholic Charities. The few times I've needed help they always were kind. Not so now. There is a new person who runs the food bank and she is really enjoying her power. Although I was far from the last person to arrive, I was the very last person to receive food. She handed me number 155 at the door. When they got to 133 there were only six people and me left in the waiting room. She began ushering people to the desk as they came in, leaving me sitting waiting for my number to be called - while she led people from the door right past me and directly to the desk. I complained and she made it clear that she runs the place her way now and that's how it is. I got there about 11 am and people who arrived right at 2 pm got their food first. I received a small box of food, not even my USDA Senior nutrition box, and - you got to laugh now - 3 cases of nectarines because I was the last person and they would just go to waste. So I feel like santa claus of the fruit orchard because I just got to run around to my neighbors giving away nectarines. The other small box had chips, pretzels and candy. Very good nutrition for seniors with health issues (sarcasm). Other than the person at the door, everyone was really nice and cheerful and helpful. I suspect I know why I was singled out to be treated this way but if I speak it I will be the one who is criticised. Let's just say that prejudice can go both ways. I'm very sorry to see someone using their position in such a way that reflects so very badly on a service that has always been so good to people in the past.

Might seem a little crowded at first, but they will help. If you are patient enough.
