The service offered at some locations is unbearably slow. They say that only 20Mbps is available at some residential areas, which in this day and age is absolutely horrible.

I was on the phone with customer service to discuss wifi plans with a very helpful agent Fatima. I was transferred over to another agent with Security home services, when I discussed that I am not in need of security service at this time , as I am not yet a customer with century link, and once I have decided to go with century link I will discuss possibly getting home security. The agent just hung up . Won’t be doing service here

I closed my account and returned the equipments through ups and I tracked my receipt and it showed they’ve got it, but they charged for unreturned equipments, tried to connect them on the phone forever and nobody answered, what the hell

Total of 3.5 Hours on the Phone to make a Simple Request; I Imagine this is Average for them.
just get a Call Back or these People will take Your Day.

I have had a home phone for 34 years with Century Link as my provider. The phone charge was under $25.00 and is now almost $60.00 per month! I have to keep it as I want it and my elderly relatives cannot hear well on a cell phone. Century Link refuses to provide me with a Loyalty Credit that I have had for years of a $5.00. I will be looking for another home phone service since they do not care about people's business, obviously.
