My husband really wanted a new pair of Vans to wear out, and Champs had exactly what he was looking for. Not only is the store super clean and well stocked, the Team working on Saturday afternoon was friendly and knowledgeable. There were plenty of employees working when we arrived, so we didn't even have yo wait.

closed early. I called and they said they close at 9pm. they lied and there was many other upset ppl. loosing sales isn't a good look on any business. rude customer service the girl was nor even willing to hear me Im leaving town at 5am and it was 8:01 so even if they close ar 8 (9 is what they told me and what Google says) and she wouldn't let me in at 8:01 that's definitely bad business.

The manager of this store is absolutely ridiculous and lazy! As you know Jordan’s are raffled off and the winners must show up by 7pm on pick up day to claim their shoes. We travel a lot so sometimes we bid on shoes in the city we are visiting, DO NOT BID AT THIS STORE. The manager said that his back room (not the shoe area was wet) therefore he was not selling shoes. I said as a manager if you know that you had a major raffle and you were not going to be open you should have walked the winner’s shoes UPSTAIRS to one of your other stores so we could pick up our items there.He stated that he was taking directions from someone else. This is the difference from being managed and being a manager. Common sense dictates that the customer should be taken into consideration. This man actually told me to change my flight and come back tomorrow because they were not selling shoes that day.He then proceeded to waddle back to his seat to join his employees who were sitting down on their phones. This morning we went to pick up our shoes, the website said they open at 10am they turned on the lights at 11am. Then the employees began to put on their work shirts, comb their hair, all while on the sales floor.Around 11:11am they let us in Ridiculous!!! I love Champs (not this one) this one has a McDonald’s vibe. I swear I heard the manager mumble that his shake machine was down…Maybe he was rehearsing for his next management position Thank God they no longer supersize the last thing we need is for his waddle to be slower.

I went in there today with the intentions of buying some shoes because I was going to a archery class. But we ended up leaving because no one greeted us or asked if we needed any assistance. Also, on the way out no one even told us bye or have a good day. The gentlemen that were standing at the door didn't even acknowledge us and continued carrying on a personal conversation. It was not a welcoming and experience and I decided to spend my money elsewhere.
