Thurston was an awesome salesman! I went in on Labor Day and came home with a 2023 Dodge Challenger. The process was a little long, but they made the time go by like nothing from the receptionist to the sales. People were very nice.

Out of state buyers - beware! If you live out of state, this dealership may act as though their familiar with processing out of state titles, but it's clearly not a priority.
Part of my purchase included having my registration sent over to Arizona to process. I was assured by the Finance department when we sat with them that it would be sent over - I even provided them with my closest DMV. I noticed on Tuesday this week that my pink slip was set to expire on 9/4. I called the sales manager that morning and he told me he would check with the Business department and get back to me. After not hearing anything, my husband followed up with him that evening. He told him they were still looking into this and would contact me in the morning.
I heard nothing from anyone by 1 p.m. yesterday, so once again, I reached out and left a voicemail for him. He never responded back to me, but I had a voicemail at 4:00 from someone named Erica, asking me to tell them "which office is closest for paperwork." I called back and left a voicemail stating I have no idea if she meant DMV or something else, but as easy as Google is to search my address and find out, Kingman DMV is the closest and I asked her to please call me back.
Once again, no call. My husband followed up this morning with Erica and was told someone named Lisa needed to reach out to me. When I finally called and asked to speak with her, she claimed she just hadn't gotten to it because she took Tuesday off. What about the other 24 days she had to process it?
Had I known that unless I were to follow up when the pink slip was expiring to get you to move it along, I would have NEVER purchased from your dealership. The fact that the dealership refuses to follow up with any sort of communication on what happened to the registration (i.e. the ball was dropped and it was forgotten) is astounding. I can't believe that if an error was made, someone would not be taking the time to apologize and explain what happened. Clearly the focus is to sell a vehicle, get a 10 on a survey, and move on.
