Worst branch ever to start an account on Maryland and Sahara. Has online to start account with banker. So I set up a account. The guy Enrique leaves a voicemail on my phone saying they don't open new accounts on Saturday plus he mispronounced my name. So why are u open on Saturday and it's on the website to still schedule new accounts if u guys don't do it today. Change the website. Not even 1 star I give this location. Worst customer service ever and I work in customer service and that's not how you do business.better off going to bank of America where they don't give you the runaround and their stuff is on point on the web instead of chase with false web info shame on y'all for misleading information to customers.

Bank was open on Saturday but when we reached there they said no banker available, hence they could not serve there customer.

Worst branch ever. I had a simple request and there was ample time before closure and the woman at the counter told me that they were done for the day. Forcing me to do an otherwise easy transaction somewhere else some other day.

No access to ATM on Saturday, the door does not unlock by card and do not allow to access ATM. Drive through ATMS have only $20 bills.

Bank Teller did not want to cash my check due to me not having funds that matched the check amount but I've done it at previous locations before without any issues with less amount in my bank account.. when asked for supervisor she replied he wasn't in... Been banking with chase for over 4 years now.. Unacceptable service!

The only banker for accounts was busy chatting to security and was looking forward. Didn’t greet us or ask us if we needed help while we were looking right at them. When I finally interrupted him he talked to me very condescendingly when we got to his cubicle. I’m not stupid. I can read. I have comprehension skills. Something he thinks I lack and made no secret about. I explained to him my confusion because a previous branch told me different information. Of course if I get conflicting information I’m going to be confused. That doesn’t make me an idiot.
