Today I went to this bank to have my balance withdrawn. With a note on my file by chase to have my money released they still refused.
I was told to leave the bank and the manager had no care on the world to figure out how to get this done.
Went to another chase 2 minutes away and they solved the problem and withdrew my funds for me.
To say the least they called security when I was never loud disrespectful or uncourteous .

Went to cash a settlement check. The check issuer banks with chase. I do not have an account with chase for these reasons. I was told they couldn’t cash my check because it was over $2500. Now I know that is a lie. I feel discriminated because of my skin color. For there was a guy in line behind me who also was cashing a check as a non member but was serviced! The discrimination from these banks is wild. Someone will sue them heavenly. Alex Esponiza the teller, that told discriminated. If I was his kind he would have cashed my check which is a check that the issuer banks with their bank.

Sally (Teller) & Nate (Branch Mgr) were incredibly helpful after a failed credit card transaction. They fully resolved the issue and made me feel like I was the most important customer in the branch during a late afternoon rush. Best customer service I've ever experienced while banking. Thank you.

Many branches which is good. Don't use the cell phone to text because they don't help. Better in person.

Nobody answered any phones, nobody helped me setup an appt for my son. My husband calls or walks in and you guys jump up like he's a king. Do you only help males? Do you feel that females are beneath you? Vincent sucks he couldn't even help setup an appt then refused to transfer to someone who could.

I have had a credit Union for years and I'm so pleased with the Chase App. It's made life simple and very impressed with Chase. Even traveling out of the country was easy and didn't have any hassle where the credit Union locked my funds even after telling them I was going to be away for a few weeks.
