I call and they speak English and they hang up. They are charging me every month. When they told me that if I kept 1200 a month they would not charge. They canceled my card. I went to the bank and they told me not to activate it. That could be possible fraud if I didn't make the change. I need to talk to someone.

The drive thru atm couldn’t dispense cash or accept cash… pointless. Then the branch door wouldn’t open with card access. And it wasn’t just me - a bunch of other people tried and theirs didn’t work either

I found it hard to even leave a 1 star at this time I have no words for Chase Bank. In the amount of time banking with Chase never experienced having a check held for 7 days. I just had knee surgery and currently out of work. My only source of income is my workers comp claim with was approve after finally being paid I deposited a check and have no access to any funds until June 22nd . This is unacceptable and know I can not buy food or pay bills. I am my only income and the reason I got it's just policy. Well uour policy just Cost you a customer and I will mo longer bank with Chase. They have no reason to hold this check this long it's under 2000.00 and the claim for workman's comp is one of the biggest insursnce company they could do better to just verify the check instead they'd rather make me suffer more.

They closed my account with no notice and sent me a letter after I tried to login and realized my account was gone. This bank is very rude and unprofessional and I won't ever use them again.

This bank has gotten me 3 times over an accounts ive cashed checks here there checks at a rate of 10 dollars if u don't have an account with them however not today because the lady wrote dba on the name instead of memo. Really? But if I have a account there would be no problem .now I don't have a bank account because of this very bank holding thousands of dollars ransom until I gave them all kinds of paperwork proving my business because the opening process made it a personal account instead of business. But yet my fault because I should have known from years ago when I was rehired to a company they sent my pay to my old chase account that had been closed for almost a year before I had the chance to give them my info,not only did chase accept the payroll on a closed account but for 5 months stated with paperwork that that payment was sent back to issuing account and bank.only after I was fired for not believing the company I worked for when I ask for more detailed paperwork from chase the admitted that they cash the pay and intended to mail it to me but they couldn't find an up to date address. Once again it would be a lengthy process or I could open an account and my money could be deposited right in within 24 hrs. Nor one bit is untrue or exaggerated and I still haven't mention how they do you when you have an account. Don't be d*** and use this bank at all.

I m disappointed I didn’t get this young ethnic woman’s name . Such a rude woman . I wanted to deposit a small amount of money into my mothers account and she told me this was fraud . This is something I have done many times over the years . I can say I would have had no problem accepting her answer had she not been so evil and aggressively rude about it . In turn I will personally never do business with chase because she left me with such a bad experience and I am going to have my mother transfer her money as well . The woman simply needed to apologize for not being able to accommodate me . Instead she berated me and demanded I tell her the other chase banks that have allowed me to deposit money so she could report them . So much anger and drama from one woman with a bad attitude, an untrained teller in proper etiquette and customer service

Great atmosphere and the ATM is inside so you can feel safe. The bank teller and bankers are friendly and helpful.
