Ive been with Chase bank here in Las Vegas for over 20 years now. I rarely go in the bank and use the drive thru ATM normally. This Saturday the ATM drive thru was broken. I went in the front door at 530pm and while entering I was verbally spoken to by a security guard with a chip on her. First she said, Patience !! Patience !! to me as I entered, like I was doing something wrong. Im a 62 year old man and expect to be treated as one, Im a not a school kid. The security guard needs to be retrained and need to not escalate problems when there are none. Im a customer of the bank.

Walked my money into the bank with a live in person teller and deposited cash. The teller never gave me a receipt which I thought was odd, but when I checked my account the next day the funds were missing from my account. Contacted branch manager, hoping they will resolve the issue.

I had the absolute worst experience at this location. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that if you’re not of Asian descent, you are completely unwelcome. The staff ignored me, refusing to offer any assistance or even basic courtesy. It was clear that they were only focused on helping a select group of customers, and the blatant discrimination was disgusting. To make matters worse, even the other customers were rude and racist, treating me with hostility and disrespect.
I’m appalled by the level of ignorance and prejudice I encountered here. Corporate will definitely be hearing about this, as no one should be made to feel this uncomfortable or unwelcome in a public space. This type of behavior is absolutely unacceptable in any business. Disgraceful.

One of the worst branches there is. The ATM is never working and their lobby is closed after 8 to cardholders.

Went to the bank 10 minutes before closing to make a quick withdrawal. The doors were locked and the employees were sitting there chatting with each other. Would let me in then once 5pm hit they informed me it’s now closed. Will definitely be withdrawing my funds and switching to a different bank. Nothing but problems with chase

Arrived at about 4pm, was told by one teller that I had to go to a different teller to open an account. Waited in line for teller for 30 minutes, only for her to tell me that they are not opening anymore accounts for the day lol. Terrible customer service.

I went into this chase today to do a withdraw over $10k ERICA & CAROLINA. Were the ladies at the window helping me. they are so rude , horrible attitude needs to learn better customer service. They refused to give me my money because they wanted all kinds of information from me to withdraw my own money but couldn’t give me a legit reason why. And once Erica refused my transaction she walked to the back didn’t even bother to reverse the money back into my account . I had to wait about 5-8 mins for her to come back out to let her know she didn’t put the money back into my account. And even when she was doing that she was rude.
I asked both Erica & Carolina why they needed all this information from me and both ignored me. They need to learn what to say to guest.
I did speak with their branch manager
Austin Madsen , he as well had a horrible attitude he even yelled at me to the point that i told him to stop yelling at me and speak to me correctly.
He basically didn’t care , he took his employees side and tired to justify their actions of withholding my money from me.
I ended up driving up the street to the chase on Maryland and eastern they gave me my money with no issues. No questions !!

I needed to do a wire transfer and they had me waiting in line for about 20 minutes. When I went to a bank teller, they said I had to wait for another representative. I sat there for a few more minutes and nothing. When I asked for an update, they informed me someone would be around to help but another 5min passed and still nothing.
I had to call another chase and do my wire transfer there. This branch is incompetent. All the representatives were just sitting around talking and laughing.

I had a wonderful experience at this bank location today. I have a unique situation, where I need to submit additional documentation. Austin was the bank teller who helped me. He went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me! He took his time, and made sure the correct information was sent out. Thank you Austin!!

Worse Chase bank ever. Last two years the service her is absolutely dreadful. It's a shame people close there accounts because of one bad location. I've been with Chase bank for over 12 years and never had a issue till I had to business near this location. Time after time it's always a headache and terrible customer service. I even witnessed an angry customer leave and throw a rock at the window. Literally was so pissed off he smashed the front window. Today will be my last day doing business with this branch. I showed up at 4:53 and lady say we closed. Clearly says 5pm on the door. I asked what time will they be open tomorrow , she replied sorry we care closed at 5pm.. I asked if there was another branch open later, she replies once again sorry we are closed at 5pm. Not sure if it's a language barrier here or what but I'm clearly speaking clear English and can't get a replay.
