My daughter and her family lives literally across the street from this particular bank she goes there every month to get a cashier's check for her rent the past 6-7 years so today my daughter goes in mind you she is hearing impaired so the teller Andrea Solis starts off irritated her body language is coming off i dont want to help you .. then my daughter tells her why are you being rude n rushing me shiwing her frustration towards my daughter .. her n my daughter r writing so she goes to tell my daughter she needs to say she sorry first .. n my daughter told her im not telling u im sorry my daughter was back and forth 3 times .. andrea solis has poor customer service and i will be calling corporate tomorrow beware her attitude is not good at all negative 0 my daughter shouldn't have to come to this establishment or any other to be treated in such way

I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Fiat today. I had an appointment scheduled at 9am. The appointment was quick and efficient! I am so grateful for her kindness.

I have never been to a worse bank in my life. Nobody would answer the phone over the course of an hour so I had to call their 800 line who took forever to get through to. The 800 line answered my question just to get to the bank to find out the 800 person gave me the wrong information so employees are not trained thoroughly. They let people cut to the front of the line before people who been waiting 30 minutes then charged $10 to cash a $50 check from THEIR bank. Stay away from chase. So glad I left them for wells fargo.

Location is right next to my house super convenient when I need to make a deposit but everytime I try. both atms are down or there not accepting deposits due to a issue with the unit or units .after hours is the initial time I can get to make a deposit please fix or replace the atms if it happened once or twice I get it but everytime there's always something down or something wrong please fix

This was my old neighborhood Chase I've been going to for years. The last 2 times I had 2 different not so good encounters with the bank teller Alex. The 1st time a few months ago I needed to take out a certain amount of cash out of MY savings. I didn't know that my account was frozen due to several failed attempts from the ATM. I finally was able to go to an actual teller to get my money out of MY account. Alex did help me verify my account without getting a whole new card. But after everything was resolved he made a comment saying that he was glad to fix the issue otherwise he wouldn't have felt "comfortable" giving me that amount of money. EXCUSE ME! I had my DL and any other info that was needed! Ok I reported him then. Yesterday I went there again and needed more out of MY savings account! He was nice at 1st but when I asked for a certain amount he didn't say anything. So as he's looking at the computer he start asking where I worked and what did I do there. I reluctantly answered but I asked him WHY? It was as if I can only have money in my account of a particular amount. That's why it's called SAVINGS! I'm sure if it was probably anyone else that probably wouldn't have gotten questioned like I did. I reported this teller twice! Maybe he's jealous or is curious as to why and how a middle aged black woman has a little money. I work VERY HARD and have a great job! What a joke! I can see if he wanted to know to verify my account but even with that since when do tellers ask all these questions. So when I asked why are you asking me his response was "oh I just wanted to know" as if that's any of his dam business. Do better Chase! I'm sure I'm not the only customer he's harassing and sneak dissing to. I called to speak with the Branch Manager but no one answered. I spoke to her a few months but I did report him through the 800 CS. Smh! It's 2023 YES black people can money! It's not hard!

Everyone at the different locations of Chase that I have worked with has been very helpful. Broad statement, but true. I have had nothing but good experiences from the half dozen branches I have been dealing with. This branch in particular with the help of a guy named Alex. Very helpful and efficient. I've had more banking to do in the last few months, and thanks again to Chase for making it a little easier at the branch level.

I had an issue with a client that sent me a fraudulent check and my account was blocked, Jeanette Ellis was very nice with me and helped me get my account back, she was extremely friendly and helpful, and that’s something rare to find. I’m just making the review because again she was extremely nice and I think that good people deserve to be recognized by their excellent job. Thanks Jeanette ??

My husband and I went into Chase bank on W. Lake Meade to do some specific Treasury Dept. transactions and were very pleased with Chase Bank ( specifically Jeanette E.) who was very efficient, knowledgeable and professional completing all our transactions in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this bank.

My fiancée and I went to this location because it was closer to our home and we needed to wire money in a short period of time. The wait in line was kinda long but we understood that and Matis helped us out a lot with expediting the process we literally had minutes to get it done. It was completed correctly and done in a timely manner he has great customer skills! Thanks

Great Bank but most always have to wait and sometimes way to long Also they notary at the at least once a month and got to something about the long waits that are happening more and more.
