Charge made up fees to pocket money for themselves. I’ve been going to chase for a long time and no other location charges bs fees. i went to this one because i was over here out of convinience. DONT GO HERE. THEYRE ROBBING YOU

This is a horrible branch they are bias and racist. This Banker Teller Eric Gagard put me through so many security checks to cash my Chase Cashiers check which was in my name. I have 5 bank accounts with chase including 2 business accounts. This man was rude and threaten not to cash my check if he couldn’t put me through a harassing set of questions. I provided him my id plus I swiped my card entering my PIN number. He needs to be fired or put on back office duties cause his customer service is horrible. He treat ppl like there second class citizens when people are requesting there OWN MONEY. He came up with no suitable solution to answer my questions. I asked him to show me in policy’s and procedures what he claimed Chase policies was, he did not not introduce a manager to assist with the escalated situation. He was very harsh and clearly racist.

Drove all the way here on uber to cash out some money at 9pm and the door would not open with 4 different chase cards (debit and credit). Thats a joke. Fix that!!!

Went to get pennys for a student obsessed with change. I gave the teller 5 dollars, she gave me 2.50 in coins then went to the back and eventually returned with coins. Sadly, I did not notice that maybe the lady in front of me was right about the teller, she only gave me another 1.50 in coins and because of my built in nature of trusting banks (mistake) I took the coins and left. When I called later the manager was rude and accusatory, over a dollar of missing pennies. Would not go back again.

It was a very busy day when I walked into this Chase Bank. The staff looked very friendly and focused on helping the customers. Trevon Singleton made my visit worth every minute. All I needed to do was deposit a little bonus check I got from work since they couldn’t direct deposit it and he showed me how I could actually take a picture of it on my phone and avoid the whole line in general!!! All my years in banking and this is my first I’m hearing of this. The young man was very knowledgeable and HANDSOME. He showed me how to navigate Zelle and Bill Pay also. If I ever need to go back to the bank I’ll ask for Trevon!

Worse branch around. Avoid!! Ghetto like and the atm door never seems to work after hours. Cant use the atm after hours! Shame on management at this location
