I will be filing discrimination against Eimee Maag The Branch Lead. I will be following up with Yvonne the branch manager on this Matter . I was treated bad and unfairly yesterday and I have nothing but proof. Been a chase customer for years im out on a business trip. This is the first bank out of plenty I went to where I was told they weren't gonna go thru with my withdrawal because she felt "uncomfortable" I was discriminated against and treated unfairly I presented everything needed to prove validation. Complaint will also be filed via phone to another supervisor.

Very nice bank on Flamingo and Buffalo, 89147.
All employees are nice BUT Amy is always polite, patient, professional and respectful.

1. Get more drive up ATMs. The one you have is old and falling apart
2. Fix your door so people can use the vestibule ATM after banking hours
3. STOP CLOSING ALL THE BRANCHES IN THE AREA.

One of best bank branches in Las Vegas, because of the employees that work here. All the employees including, managers, supervisors and tellers. Had checking accounts in all other banks (different businesses) but now only have with Chase because of this branch employees (had problems with other Chase branches, dont ask). Ruben is one of the most helpful, detail oriented and caring teller in town, always extra helpful.

I have never such a dissatisfaction.
The staff is completely rude and unprofessional.
Stay away from that place. Move your hard earned money somewhere else

As a small business, complete disappointment, unprofessional in every possible way runaway, I cannot believe a bank in Scale can operate in such way completely unprofessional. Please do not go to the bank. Please do not use Chase

The ATM is always broken, and the door card scanner is always broken, so you can't use services after hours. I'm sure the workers are lovely, and this review isn't a reflection of their work, but this branch is not managed properly if things are never fixed appropriately.

Don’t come here if you need to use the ATM. After hours ATM does not work. You can’t even access it with your bank card. This caused a long line for the ATM drive through which only dispenses out $20 bills if you’re withdrawing cash. Drive elsewhere.

One ATM open after hours. The pad to use the one in the lobby doesn't work, so you're stuck waiting in line to use the one drive through machine.

Not for nothing it's 2023 your ATM at the drive-through should not have been made in 1990. Making matters worse the vestibule ATM has business hours lol.
