Forget about walking in and attempting to have a conversation with a banker. I have been with Chase for over 10 years now and I just wanted to ask a simple question about opening a savings account. I was told that I would have to make an appointment. A banker would be available to talk to me tomorrow at 12 PM. Are you serious? I look around and see at least three bankers sitting around with no one at their desks. Perhaps I should walk across the street and take my business to Wells Fargo.

I had a scheduled appointment with a private banker at Chase today at 3:30 PM. I even confirmed the details with him earlier in the morning and let him know I’d be there. Life happens—both of my kids fell asleep in the car, so I had to wait for my husband to arrive so we could safely carry them in. I tried calling the branch to let them know I was just a few minutes behind—no answer.
We walked into the bank at exactly 3:36 PM. The teller checked me in and said they would notify the banker, Timo Casino. Just two minutes later, he came out only to tell me he had taken another client because I was “late.” He claimed there was a 7-minute grace period, which is clearly false because I was well within that window, and he was already in a full-on meeting with someone else.
This kind of dishonesty and lack of consideration is incredibly frustrating—especially after confirming earlier and making every effort to get there on time under difficult circumstances. Now I have to wait another two weeks for an appointment.
Thanks, Chase, for making it clear that my time, my business, and my money aren’t valued. I’ll be closing all of my accounts and moving to a bank that actually respects its customers

I had a very unpleasant phone conversation today with the bank manager Sean. Me being a loyal chase member for over 5 years, loves chase from the start was very disappointed with my interaction over the phone with Sean. I called chase to inquire about getting a credit card I was approved for. I mention how my friend referred me to the sapphire preferred and how do I do the process. From the start Sean was very rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I felt very devalued as a loyal chase member and was speechless with his rude response. Pretty much making me seem like I’m stupid or uneducated because I didn’t know how to proceed with the process. Unfortunately I will not be calling this location and looking into switching banks. It’s unfortunate that when I asked for his name he was very quick to add he was the branch manager. I highly recommend for that employee to be retrained on how to have basic consumer service. I never put a bad review on anything so this is a first which is stating a lot. I’m hoping that this review will be taking seriously as that lack of skill set will continue to lose business.

Do not use this Branch Manager has no clue of legal laws of POA.I have a legal POA and manager tried to say a legal team had to review it. Went to another branch. They handled it and was very professional about it

Last night we made a cash deposit at the atm. Every cash deposit I have made in the past it has always cleared instantly. I spoke with a representative on Customer service. It was terrible she was rude and didn’t know what she was talking about. I drove to my branch I locally visit every week. Spoke with Char and Jeff at the front. They gave me all my answers in under 2 minutes cleared everything and made things happen. Seriously I am so grateful to the two of them. As for the customers service representative. She was misinformed had no clue what was going on and had me on the phone for 20 minutes to have absolutely zero answers for me. Give Char and Jeff a raise they deserve it 100%

I have had the best expirience at the Chase Bank located at Warm Springs and Durango. I went to two other Chase banks before them just to get a simple insurance check endorsed. I arrived at 4:57 P.M. and they were patient, professional and communicative on the process. The teller said to me immediately "we got you sir" . This bank made a bad weekend and a awful day ending on high note for me. Thank you!

This branch is ridiculous. I went in two different times, tried to open a checking and savings account. Failed both times, I guess this branch has so much money, they don't need mine. I only have $150,000, so I guess that is no big deal to them. Ridiculous. Horrible. How do you stay open?

I set up an appointment over a week ago to open a new business account on a Saturday since they don’t allow you to open it onlineWell Friday Morning I get a call from Sean the manager and tell me that all his guys called in sick Saturday. How can you can in sick from Friday to Saturday and that there is nothing he can do. To help me I have to rescheduleWoow no consideration for my time. Set up an appointment for a reason. I don’t know how a big corporation like chase cant have a plan B to help out loyal customer specially opening new business accounts. Sean customer service skills are very poor.

I hardly ever go into the bank office. Do all my banking on line. When I have gone into this branch the staff here are very courteous, pleasant and helpful. Thank you chase fir your great help always.
