I set up an appointment over a week ago to open a new business account on a Saturday since they don’t allow you to open it onlineWell Friday Morning I get a call from Sean the manager and tell me that all his guys called in sick Saturday. How can you can in sick from Friday to Saturday and that there is nothing he can do. To help me I have to rescheduleWoow no consideration for my time. Set up an appointment for a reason. I don’t know how a big corporation like chase cant have a plan B to help out loyal customer specially opening new business accounts. Sean customer service skills are very poor.

Bank would not cash a check from there own bank. They ran my check told ne it would be a $10 fee, i said fine. After they printed on my check they told me there was a 3k limit. I told them i couldn't cash it now that they printed on it. They said they voided there print. I went to my bank to to put it in my account and they are telling me they cannot honor the check because it was already printed on. I am absolutely livid about this. They just cost me on. $4,200 check because the cashier didn't understand the procedures. His response was my bad. Stay away from this bank, obviously they have no clue

A system designed to waste time and send everyone online as an annoying voice and no personal answer to discuss an appointment for a new savings account. When someone does answer the phone they do not know how to put me through to a live person to arrange an appointment for one of my clients to open a savings account.GREAT CHASE -KEEP IT GOING!! Oh and I see here you want my photo too?! You need to know if I'm White, Black, Brown or Asian?right ? !! Go CHASE YOU'RE DOING GREAT!!

I can see why they have less than a three star rating. I attempted to move some accounts to their bank (new to area) and basically after three attempts they told me they were not interested in that small of an account. With CHASE you must make an appt for an investment broker. The scam is they will call you back.... They then send you an email saying sorry could not reach you (although you have zero missed calls). So they give you a 1 800 number. When you call it a central investment screenor weeds out the smaller, less lucrative investors. In other words they don't want to waste their time. Too many choices out there to deal with this lack of service. Good bye CHASE! Hello anyone else!

I always come here to deposit cash into my bank account, usually after hours and the ATM machines can't accept any more cash majority of the time. I'm not sure why but this is the closest location to my house however it's inconvenient when that happened :/

This is the only bank to choose outstanding customer service where you are dealing with a teller a banker or a financial counselor they put Bank of America and Wells Fargo to shame

Anthony Ripamonti. What a GUY. I made my appointment to start my business account with Chase (as I've had stellar service with them in the past in other states) and Anthony was my banker. Efficient, knowledgeable, talked me through options and benefits, got to know him a little bit and love that he has a background in music and speaks ITALIAN. I have every confidence my finances are going to be handled masterfully by Anthony and this branch so near my home. Grazie mille, Antonio!

Terrible customer service. I came in to get a document notarized that took less than 5 minutes. The employee said that she was going to go ahead and help the customer that came in behind me. Mind you they came in after I was sitting in the office with the paperwork and my ID out. So she went and helped them. She did this twice. I wonder how many more customers she would have helped that came in after me? It literally took less than 3 minutes for her to notarize my documents. Why have a line if you are going to pick who you serve first?

I generally do all my banking close to home at the Chase Bank on Blue Diamond. Today I stopped into the branch on Durango Dr. and Warm Springs and was surprised to see not one, not two, but three, yes, three bank tellers. At the branch I usually bank at, you're lucky to see two tellers, and usually, there's only one. Being helped by tellers is something that I used to be accustomed to and took for granted when I was younger. But now, tellers are a dying breed, and it's infrequent you see more than one or two at the same time. I assume we're all being trained over time to use an electronic teller system, much like the supermarkets' automated checkout lines.I know it's not something that would generally rank up there with exceptional customer service or even good service, but I guess we've all been trained to think of something as small as an extra bank teller as something special. For that reason, I'm giving this branch four stars instead of three.Oh, and by the way, don't ever take pictures inside a bank; you'll get nothing but stares, scowls, and photographs of you taking pictures. I wouldn't be surprised if I end up on a poster somewhere plastered on a wall. So I suggest that you never take any bank pictures, especially of the inside.RECOMMENDED: YesSERVICE: GoodPRICE: N/ACOVID: Practices pandemic regulations.PARKING: ConvenientREASON/INTENT: Banking

Horrible customer service at this branch. Chase bank is still in the dark ages of the fax machine. I need to submit documents to back a fraudulent claim on my account. I don't own a fax machine and Chase does not have an email address I can forward said documents to.I was instructed to go to my nearest branch which unfortunately is this location. I have even been here many times but never interfaced with Chase staff only the ATM. I prefer the ATM. I asked the branch manager bald man in a suit for help but get a rude snippy reply like I was bothering him.Wish they would hire one of those AI robots that roll around on wheels asking customers if they need help because it would be a nicer experience.
