I went to this location yesterday. I’m visiting from out of town. I used one of the atm’s, and it took my money and never processed the transaction. The screen says can’t process cash deposits, but never returned my money or cancelled the transaction. I had to get a temporary credit from my bank, while they investigate where my money went. If the atm can’t process certain transactions, then the money should be returned! Almost ruined my day! Please do better!

The customer service was truly 5-star—outstanding hospitality, clear explanations, a thoughtful discussion of options, and consistent support.
I especially want to recognize Manager Susan for her highly professional consultation and warm presence.

I am giving this Branch a one star because of the Hispanic? Manager behind the Bank tellers no customer service at all. Now I would like to give the bank teller 5 stars because he was excellent went above and beyond to assist me didn't just say NO and walk away like again the manager behind him.

If you want a bank account that can’t accept zelle payments never sends you your actual debit card or a bank that will leave you going in a circle on the phone for hours then this is the bank for you! Trash from beginning to end 💯

If I could give this location zero stars I would but since that isn’t an option I couldn’t. First let’s start with the representative asking me twice for my Chase card. Not once or twice but three times I had to tell her it was a “trustee account”. Clearly she did not know exactly what that meant. Her confused look indicated exactly that. All the other bankers response “okay, thank you” please wait for the next available teller. When I proceed to withdrawal it’s the same lady who is now questioning my middle initial/name. My mother’s last name is “LeGrier” mine “LeGrier Lumumba,” still LeGrier. They insisted on looking at old account information . How did I know? From the address they were questioning about. 43$$ Cascade Rd versus if you looked it up by the ss#, which I initially told her. My current address as well as my mother’s in the system matched my license. If it was anything close to being fraudulent. How can one provide both social security numbers, all addresses, account number & tell you a chase bank card isn’t needed!! Yes, I understand protocol but there are other available options to service customers. They opted for me switching my name which I agreed doing so. Never had this issue in other states. However, will correct it ASAP when I get home. After waiting 25 minutes overall 45 minutes from initially walking into this location. I got up and left to another location 10 minutes away. I was in and out at cashbox #02 absolutely no questions, concerns or suspicion at all!! The teller simply verified pertinent information to verify all information in approximately two minutes. I frequent Las Vegas often and will never step foot in or recommend this branch. Read the reviews and understand exactly why they have a 2.6 rating. Guess what the same over the top banker is mentioned several times throughout the horrible reviews. Go figure!! Glad I kept my cool. Now have the day you deserve!!

Chase bank teller was very rude, purposefully took forever with cashing of my check. Kept giving me dirty stares which prompted me to do the same. I hate how negative I felt leaving here.

I went to my local Chase branch to cash checks totaling a fair amount of money. But, I was told by a very miserable employee who was claiming to be a Supervisor “Morganna” or something like that that their limit on checks they would cash was $2,500.00. As I know there was plenty of funds in that account to cover my checks this makes zero sense. I had intended to open multiple accounts there but I will never open an account there after this experience.

You can't even open a account here ? I can only imagine how bad it really is tellers and bankers just sitting around doing nothing telling you to come back in 3 hours rite before they close
