You closed the drive thru while customers were waiting!! Then when asked inside, the rude manager says, the light was not on so it wasn't open---so when it's closes there is a big sign in the window that says closed, this was not up when I got into line but certainly was when I got to the window! Poorly managed and poor customer service!! If I ran my business like this I wouldn't have one, or a job!! Get it together!!

I think most people only leave reviews on banks when they have a bad experience. I had to go in this last week to get a cashiers check and I found the bank super helpful and quick to meet. All of my needs would definitely recommend for future business needs.

I love this bank and use it, but I couldn't open an account for my son because the bank employee Rachel Sanchez didn't want to delve into the difficulties of my situation and didn't want to solve my problem. Maybe because it was Friday at 4 o'clock and she was just in a hurry to get home, maybe she was tired, or maybe she's just an indifferent person. Conclusion Chase is a very good bank, but like everywhere else, the quality of service is affected by the employees, there are no tasks that cannot be solved, there is an unwillingness to make more efforts. Good luck in the development of the bank, and Rachel to gain new knowledge.

Went in w/ an appointment I scheduled online simply because it was close by and available. Reviews aren't the best, but to my surprise, the meeting w/ Rachel S. was not only informative but also some of the best customer service I've received in a while. She was welcoming, kind, and professional. Went in for one thing, but she took the time to answer questions and even inform me on matters that could truly impact my life in a positive way, in regards to programs that are available and banking. Legit came out feeling more hopeful about some things. Thank you!

Convenient location off 215 located in the Sky Pointe shopping center. It is a private client branch with ATM and drive up. Ample parking with handicap access. I made ab appt online which is required. It us a very easy process. Confirmation was made by email and text with text reminders. There was no wait in line. I got there 10 minutes early but my client rep Aaron Garcia was able to help me right away. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, organized, efficient, patient. The other team members were just as friendly, welcoming and attentive. It is a great branch that is comfortable, quiet, organized with excellent customer service.

What kind of bank has no cash. It shouldn’t be listed as a bank if they don’t do banking. ?♂️ wasted my time driving here. Re categorize this as a non-banking location or whatever.

I must be the lucky one because I had a great experience at this branch. I got to the bank about five minutes before it closed, and I had a very wonderful lady assist me with a very important withdrawal. She didn't try to rush me out of the bank and made the transaction process easy and efficient. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. Many thanks for the great customer service.
