Each month we will stop by at Chase Bank on Durango because I have to pay/deposit money for my private land lender but never have business or any account with Chase. Well we have heard about now Chase bank is offering great interest for business loan. Well thought maybe we will talk/ask the banker since we were there already. We got done from the deposit and we sat and waited at the waiting area. Two ladies bankers were talking/chatting about their life I remembered their face. Well 15 minutes passed by and the two ladies still chatting….this is NOT how business works. If Chase wants business they will trains their employees better. Finally I walked to the front desk and ask for information. All they did was writing me the phone number ( I already have the number from searching duh). Finally my husband let the two ladies know…..
We use Wells Fargo Bank, and no matter you have appointment or not as soon as you walking in, they will say hi and come to ask you if you want any help. They make us to feel priority and want business from us. Just another experience of the day!

The drive thru ATM NEVER works. The parking lot sucks. And the inside ATM moves at a glacial speed so slow, you'd think time has stopped forever. I refuse to deal with this nonsense anymore. Go to Skypointe.

I just have to post a comment Ms. Latasha was Very Professional, Courteous and Personable, Ms. Latasha helped me Three (3) Transactions in a row, It is Very Nice to See a Teller that is Knowledgeable and Will to Explain the Transactions to me with Indepth Knowledge! Please Keep Up the Awesome Attitude and Always with a Great Big SMILE 😁 Thank You Again!!!

Absolutely useless phone system. I am 99% sure I have at least $240 worth of fraudulent activity on my account and cannot get through to anyone to address the issue. I have even tried the “open a new account” selection and Chase apparently isn’t interested enough to answer a call from a potential new client. Can’t do everything with IT, someone may actually need to provide a bit of old style Customer Service once in awhile.

Terribly slow staff, unbelievable!!! They were moving in slow motion. Customer was coughing for 10 minutes non stop at the window and teller did not wipe window. Even after being ask to do so by customers.

Used ATM to make cash deposit and ATM froze. Went inside to let them know and they said to make a claim. Filed a claim and now it got denied. After I was told it was going to be ok.
Update: They flat out denied my claim saying I never deposited the funds. Chase flat out stole nearly a thousand dollars and they want me to be ok with it.

I wanted to open an account for my son, I waited in line for 40 minutes, they accepted me, as a result it turned out that I still need a passport, although I am a client of the bank and they have all the information, before that I additionally asked the reception whether I have all the necessary documents and the son has what they need, the bank employee Luis Palomo did not really want to solve my problem, he did not even want to call anywhere, the senior manager was not there at that time. So I decided to go to Bank of A.. they did everything there without any problems. I don't know what the difference is in the information processing policy of these banks, or in the qualifications of the staff. But the conclusion is this: minus 1 client for one bank and +1 for another.. As always, the human factor worked, passivity, indifference, and not a sincere desire to help..

The banker was extremely helpful setting up some new accounts. She went over everything and showed me some things I didn't know were available. Answered all my questions and was very polite. Had to make an appointment, can't just walk in and see a banker. Other than that a good experience banking with chase.

If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. Overall, I am so frustrated with Chase. There is no consensus between the branches. I went to one branch and was told that a check that was deposited would not have a hold. I came to this branch and was told there is a hold but they can't give me any reason why. I asked about closing my account and was told they couldn't do that either. I advised that I was having issues with my debit card and that wasn't resolved either. It seems as though this branch doesn't have the authority to do anything or at least that's what I was told. What is the point of the branch if they can't do anything? All they do is direct you to the call center to speak to someone overseas. I just don't understand why I can't talk to a person who is right in front of me. Instead they want you wait on hold for 20-30 minutes to speak to someone in another country? It's ridiculous! They might as well close the branches since they have no purpose.
