I wanted to open an account for my son, I waited in line for 40 minutes, they accepted me, as a result it turned out that I still need a passport, although I am a client of the bank and they have all the information, before that I additionally asked the reception whether I have all the necessary documents and the son has what they need, the bank employee Luis Palomo did not really want to solve my problem, he did not even want to call anywhere, the senior manager was not there at that time. So I decided to go to Bank of A.. they did everything there without any problems. I don't know what the difference is in the information processing policy of these banks, or in the qualifications of the staff. But the conclusion is this: minus 1 client for one bank and +1 for another.. As always, the human factor worked, passivity, indifference, and not a sincere desire to help..

The banker was extremely helpful setting up some new accounts. She went over everything and showed me some things I didn't know were available. Answered all my questions and was very polite. Had to make an appointment, can't just walk in and see a banker. Other than that a good experience banking with chase.

If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. Overall, I am so frustrated with Chase. There is no consensus between the branches. I went to one branch and was told that a check that was deposited would not have a hold. I came to this branch and was told there is a hold but they can't give me any reason why. I asked about closing my account and was told they couldn't do that either. I advised that I was having issues with my debit card and that wasn't resolved either. It seems as though this branch doesn't have the authority to do anything or at least that's what I was told. What is the point of the branch if they can't do anything? All they do is direct you to the call center to speak to someone overseas. I just don't understand why I can't talk to a person who is right in front of me. Instead they want you wait on hold for 20-30 minutes to speak to someone in another country? It's ridiculous! They might as well close the branches since they have no purpose.

Never had an issue with this bank and have lived here 6 years. The only thing that could be considered a problem is, it gets busy at certain times in the day.

I went in today, around noon on a Tuesday. Kelly helped me out. She was quick and efficient. She made me feel confident and comfortable with Chase. The other employees were inviting as well. I have not had an issue with this bank location.

The bank was temporarily closed. The notice did not indicate when they will open. I used the ATM just inside the entrance. The drive up was available as well. There were three other people in the ATM area. Two were waiting for the bank to open. It's been a long time since I've used the ATM. it's not as fast as it used to be. However I experienced no problems. The location is convenient with lots of parking. There are lots of businesses in this shopping center.

The worst customer service I've experienced with any bank! I financed a vehicle with Chase bank which was great when I was a paying customer but as soon as I refinanced my loan through my credit union they're customer service became non-existent. My loan was paid in full and then my gap refund check was mailed to Chase a week later. They sent me a $36 check immediately from the loan over payment, but have yet to send my $600 gap refund. I have contacted Chase's loan department 4 times and all 4 times received nothing but attitude and even had one representative tell me the only refund I would receive was the $36 until I demanded to speak to a supervisor, low and behold she found the payment and said it will take 7-10 business days from 5/11 and to call on the 25th if not received. I called on the 25th as I still have not received my refund just for the rep to tell me call back tomorrow and hung up on me!!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will NEVER bank with Chase again!

Don’t waste your time at this branch or bank. Unorganized and extremely unprofessional. Got scheduled last week to see a banker on 03/31, get there start paperwork and then banker says my other 9:30 appointment is here and you’re not scheduled. Unbelievable, I will be closing account.

I called at 9 a.m. when they're opened and I called multiple times to deal with a problem I had for my card and no one answered for a whole hour. How terrible service is that. That's ridiculous.
