The location on flamingo and 215, the ATM is out of service most days. Frustrating. Only one ATM inside. Many places have 2. Also the fees they charge.

Don't get me wrong. I appreciate the bank has a brand. However, this location is the crappy us location of locations. The ATM which is my primary method as I don't wanna go indoors, is barely ever operational. You can't deposit, you can't withdraw, etc. and so on. It's an absolute waste of time to visit this location on a regular basis if you need to withdraw or deposit checks or cash. Just do whatever you can online. Avoid this location at all costs. It happens too often and two consistently for me to be able to depend upon this branch.

With ATM'S available, when u need a live teller...u will not wait very long.Well trained, extra friendly & polite, Chase makes u feel like u are important to the bank, industry leader.

This location lacks customer service! There was customers in line one window open and another employee running around. They never acknowledged the people waiting in line to let them know someone would be with them shortly. We waited 10 mins just to get help.

Jim an Advisor who works at this branch contacted me regarding my appointment. He was proactive to just call me so I can just talk on the phone rather than going in. Saved me some time and headache.

I got to this bank often since it's closest to me but haven't walked into the building. This review is really for the ATM. The ATM is really fast and high tech which I really like. I do bank with other banks and this is y far the best machine design and prompts. My only problem with it is many times I've come here and either I can't do cash deposits or it has been out of cash to withdraw. This has probably only happened 4 times out of the dozen I've been here but it always seems to happen when I'm in a crunch. I still come here and if it's not working I go somewhere else. That's the good thing about Chase, they are everywhere.
