Been coming here for the 8 years I've lived in Vegas. I pay my credit card bill here, but don't do any banking. They are always easy to deal with and super helpful.

Hello everyone, I am writing this review to express my gratitude for the outstanding service and assistance provided to me by a representative at this Chase Bank branch. I encountered an issue with my account, and Tony, who was working at the cashier counter with two other fantastic ladies, went above and beyond to swiftly resolve my problem. Their exceptional knowledge and willingness to help were truly remarkable. It is rare to come across such a caring and competent team. I hope that their manager, Julie, recognizes their talent and training abilities. Thank you all for your efforts, it is greatly appreciated. MK

I was recently defrauded by Just ask a Vet.Just Answer (online business located in California) and despite my best efforts (severe health issues and no income) they denied me my refund from Just Answer. The reason being; I apparently spoke with them in person and agreed to the membership fee, but how do you meet anyone from an online business who is located in California? Not to mention I haven't been in California since April of 2022, and I cancelled the membership immediately when I saw it on my bank statement (which was within the time frame). I also called the bank to report the fraud immediately. Thank you Chase, you just made my life harder.

I'll have to say I haven't had a bad experience at any chase bank. I came in the withdraw from my savings and I had forgotten my debit card! oh no, I really thought they were gonna shoo me away but the nice young gentleman at the window told me he could look me up through ID which he did. He made the whole transaction super smooth. He told me my ID picture looks good, we joked about driving tests and it was an overall great experience! I would come back again just for this employee and for the service he gave me. Great job.

I've been to many Chase banks before and this one has the worst customer service ever!!! The Chase Bank staff usually bends over backwards for me because they don't want to lose my business. I have several Chase Bank employees direct telephone numbers in California and they would call me regularly for things. Having said that, what the f*** is wrong with the Las Vegas employees on Fort Apache?! This dude named Giovanni Cabrera is incredibly rude. After spending two days trying to get someone on the telephone, they finally answered after the 5th call. I requested to secure hard copies of my bank statements. I figured I can put my request in on the telephone and then go and pick them up this afternoon. Giovanni said he needed to see my ID. Well, Einstein, aren't you going to see that when you release the statements to me?! Nooo you would rather have me come into your cramp location during covid and waste my time. I arrive and there's no check in sheet. Only a few cubicles, two chairs in the waiting area that had older people sitting down waiting for assistance. I go to the line and speak with Keyanoth. She attempts to print out my statement gets all flustered. She said she's going to go check the back to see if they're printing. Comes back with none of the statements. She then tells me she has to print out each statement one by one. I start explaining that this is what I was trying to avoid. Giovanni's rude a** then chimes in. I felt like saying, "Is anyone talking to you?" He proceeded to tell me how he was this person I spoke to on the telephone and he starts interjecting his comments when he doesn't even know what the hell is going on. In fact, while I was waiting for the girl to come from the back with my prints, I heard Giovanni making rude comments about customers to another customer that he was helping. He said something to the effect of: "Do you see what I have to put up with?" Wow! The girl is now working on printing out each of my statements individually and she's all flustered. She then proceeded to ask me to step aside. So, you hookers asked me to come in and then you're going to wait on other people while I wait after you asked me to come in to show you my ID? I explain to them that my ID could have been provided at pickup. Giovanni can't seem to grasp the concept of how that would be more efficient. I ask for Giovanni's supervisors information. He provides me the name Jose basilio with no telephone number. I then attempt to call Jose 4 times and again no answer. I tell the girl to print out my statements and I will be back. I also request that she contact me as soon as they've all been printed. Instead of doing this, this witch precedes to assist the customer behind me. So you're saying I'm supposed to come in show my ID, wait hours at a time during covid b cuz you guys want to work everybody in line and put my s*** to the end of the line. F*** no! I will surely be closing this account because of their incompetence! 3 hrs later and I've yet to receive a call that my statements are ready. 4 hours later, and no call from the so-called supervisor. Me thinks Giovanni gave me a fake telephone number. Beware of this branch location! e police, and shall today if they still refuse to do allow me to close my account. I plan on closing my checking, savings, and credit card because of these three tools

They are not open the hours that they advertise. Go to another bank. Don't waste your time coming to this location. Better yet open an account with a different bank.

Some times the line to the teller is long, they only have one of two tellers at a time. The ATM isn't busy during the time I've gone. The trekkers are nice, but can be long winded.

I just got off the phone with Giovanni, this gentleman is the definition of customer service like literally. He was so pleasant, answered all of my questions and the entire time I can tell he had a smile on his face. Unfortunately he couldn't get me in today as they were all booked however he gave me options and accommodated me the best to his ability. He was "FANTASTIC"!

I've been to many Chase branches before and this has the worst customer service ever. This girl named MIRIAM is so rude with no class. I was withdrawing $6,800 and was going to deposit $5,000 to my mom's account and while I was writing the account# and routing# on a piece of paper and she was counting the money and she asked me "what's that?" and I said, "I need to deposit $5,000 cash to this account" so I gave her the paper and she just snatched it from my hand and telling me that "I should've told her that in the beginning so she could've transferred it" and she says that I can't deposit cash into someone else account.. (saying it in a rude way) and that made me raised my voice so I asked for my money and took off. As I was walking out of there I heard her talking crap behind my back and mocking me but, I just shut my mouth and ignored her. So I went to the another branch near by and the transaction went smoothly. I went back to speak with the manager named Jasmine and she acts like she doesn't give a damn about what her employees do. I'm never going back to this place! There's lots of Asian Hate going around right now maybe I'm just another victim of Asian Hate by these workers cause I'm an Asian!

Made a deposit around late August to early September 2020 with over $1000 cash. The ATM machine said there was a malfunction and proceeded to print a receipt with the number to call. I waited until the machine returned to the home screen before leaving. The branch was closed, so there was no one I could talk to there. The number given was only leading to automated messaging which was no help. I went to another chase location and they gave me a number for the claims department. I made a claim and waited over a month with no funds posted to my account. I called multiple times to check the status and all I was told was that the funded were still not located. I asked if the machine had a delayed response and someone may have taken the money if the money popped out after I left. I asked if cameras were being checked and if they were trying to look into it further. It is past my claim duration and I was denied my claim. All the guy told me was that they checked the ATM and could not located the funds. That is the most effort he they did. Do not deposit money in these ATM's unless you want it to be stolen. Never going to this branch again.

Really disappointed with their service.Came in to update my info and apply for a credit card, there were literally 2 visitors at the windows and staff at the tables. Nobody came and tried to help. After you explain what is the reason if your visit , they tell you that everyone is busy and has an appointment right now, whereas there are no clients at the tables at all.I have never had such a situation at other banks and it is not the first time here.Goodbye Chase ??

Don't bank with Chase! Girlfriend opened a new account, checking, and savings back in March of this year. Chase closed her accounts, which representative of Chase said they sometimes do, they don't know why, it is aggravating to them also. She has been trying to get her money back since then. Had to go to the Nevada division of finance and report them. Still trying to get her money back three months later!

Not the best location but it will provide the necessary services. Would highly recommend that you call ahead to give them a heads up on whatever you might need. They will set you up an appointment to prevent you from sitting there wasting a whole afternoon. This place gets busy being located next to everything and everyone. There is a side road that will help you get back on the highway if you want to avoid the wild traffic that happens to be here. Have to be careful because there is a lot of accidents that happen here. Stay safe and i hope this helps you with all your banking needs.

I attempted to make a withdraw this Saturday from my account in order to purchase an automobile from a private party at only $500 above the trade in amount the seller was to get from Car Max. This was a great opportunity to purchase this vehicle at well below the retail price, which of course I lost out on for the seller needed to make the transaction that day for he was purchasing a new vehicle himself. After I made my request at the teller at Chase on Ft. Apache & Hacienda she refused to allow me to do so. Even though I had proper Nevada ID and several secondary credit cards in my name she stated that due to the fact that I could not receive a text message from their system she could not complete the transaction. This is the first time in my life I have experienced such nonsense. I should have phoned the police, and shall today if they still refuse to do allow me to close my account. I plan on going to the same branch today to close my checking, savings, and credit card. I shall also be moving my mortgage to another bank after I re-finance. Barry Acosta
