Unprofessional would be an understatement. Lucky with multiple chase banks in the area you have better options. You time isn’t valued here so you business is better off somewhere else.

Came in today thinking it was the 20thBut it’s the 19th. I wanted to open a checking account and Ryan Lee came to help us. He pulled us into an office where I told him I had an old account with my ex husband that was closed with a balance owing that I needed to pay that off in order to open a new account. He put me on the phone with the collections department where I set everything up and was told I was good to go to open a new account. I hung up the phone after Ryan checked the date on my appointment and we realized I was off by a day and he had another appointment scheduled. We thought he’d eventually come back to us and we continued waiting for 45 mins before we got up and asked what was going on. A branch employee went and asked Ryan who told him he thought we had left. Mind you the entire freaking office is GLASS WINDOWS and you can clearly see through them and the two humans he had left sitting in the office. I was told they couldn’t help me today and come back tomorrow. I have been a chase customer for 20 years and shine the pandemic y’all got lazy AF doing not even the bare minimum of customer service. It’s ridiculous I’m on branch number 4 over 2 days and I still don’t have a checking account!!! Worst customer service ever.

I was on a day off and walked in, in sweats and a hoodie. I got treated like I was there to steal something. I won't ever step foot in that branch again. At least at the local credit union they have friendly people. The branch manager Ryan Lee was not helpful.

I called to see about setting up some business accounts, but CHASE is so far ahead of the game, Customers can't even leave a message at the branch!!This tells me all I need to know.

This location has been helpful during operating hours. I would however mention they are not able to handle as much as the location on Durango in regards to all services but still fast and simple. I would love to give this a higher review but unfortunately the issues with the ATM seem neverending. I have lived in this area since the day it opened and I'm disappointed that the ATM still is not operating. Once that issue is resolved I'd happily review my review.

Can you guys stop locking the door to the atm inside(i use my card still locked)?several times the door is locked its a guessing game then the drive thru atm won't be able to do much always got red notices.Ty

Is the drive up ATM ever in service? Most frustrating thing driving there to pull out cash and the ATM 9/10 times is out of service. Then you go inside and that ATM says it can’t accept or dispense cash. This location is worthless
