Has anyone ever ran over the curb at the ATM and ruined the rocker panel on their car at this bank?The curb is 5 times longer than the ones at the other banks. And you have to make a sharp left turn or else you hit the turning curb straight ahead of you. So you have to turn quickly out of the ATM lane. Go look and you see what I mean…..
The curb ripped open my rocker panel on my old corvette. I asked the banker named Jay about it. He denied that it was their fault. I said there is tons of different colored paint on the curb which indicates that many cars have hit it as well.
Needless to say, they ran me around and did not take responsibility.
Worse bank ever! I should have stayed with Wells Fargo!

I love this place. EVERYONE ALWAYS GREETS ME AND SMILES. They always are helpful. People forget how much stress happens at the bank. Dealing with the tellers Morrigan and Paulina are never a bad experience. You can dislike corporate and their policies but the people in this branch actually care about the people who walk in those doors.

Had such a terrible experience here. My husband and I had a scheduled appointment with a banker and they said we didn't have an appointment even after I showed the manager the confirmation. The manager who is the red head causissan women refused to help us locate another chase bank who may have availability today. She just did not care, this is not the way you treat your loyal customers. The branch in Alainte is so helpful and was able to locate another bank. This manager here can learn from aliante chase branch.

I’m trying to call this branch instead of driving all the way down there, but because of the massively complicated phone system it’s impossible to reach. What horrible customer service. I guess it’s time to go to another bank. How stupid!!

I’m here once a week and ever week for over 3 years one of the drivers up atm’s says it can’t dispense cash. It’s a different one every week so good luck or youll be driving around the building to get in the other lane. Every week!

I go to the bank to open an account for a corporation (I had booked an appointment). I wait for 5 min., before anyone reacts. The bank representative, gets of to an odd start with some completely irrelevant questions, he is rude and extremely unprofessional. A bank representative should be respectfully and asking the question "How can I help", cause the fact is, I am the customer and I am the one moving my business to his bank. I can not recommend JP Morgan Chase for any business relationships.
