I go to the bank to open an account for a corporation (I had booked an appointment). I wait for 5 min., before anyone reacts. The bank representative, gets of to an odd start with some completely irrelevant questions, he is rude and extremely unprofessional. A bank representative should be respectfully and asking the question "How can I help", cause the fact is, I am the customer and I am the one moving my business to his bank. I can not recommend JP Morgan Chase for any business relationships.

I called ahead to ask about having some documents notarized. I've had good experiences in the past. Not so this time. I received a message to call back. Tag, I called and left a message. This was yesterday. Today I go there and 2 employees are sitting around. I'm informed the notary let his license expire. So, he blames NV for taking so long. I ended up paying $45 for 3 signatures at a place across the street, because apparently Chase on Skypointe doesn't have a notary either. You couldn't leave me a message saying no notary service? And there's really no excuse.

Incompetent staff my wife try to open a joint account with me and jasper flat out said he could not do it with no further explanation then a month later we went there to get her name change updated and had all the required documents execpt drivers license waiting on dmv appointment and he didn't do it as we walk out the door another man approached us telling us they do intact take the documents we had and he informed Jay that they do indeed to that it was like pulling teeth not the best branch it can be better if they had better more competent staff

I've been trying to get documents notarized here for the past couple of years to no avail. There's always an excuse. They have several."Oh, we only do that at 4pm""Sorry, our notary is not here today""The notary's commission is expired"These are just a few of many they've used. They don't ever answer their phone or return voicemail messages. In short, their manager is incompetent. He or she has no business running a bank

Usually the customer service is bad but it's literally down the street from my house so I suck it up. . There are always three people at least on location and only ONE actually servicing people at the window. One of them was chit chatting with a family member who had a child with them. Shortly after the one actually working was being snobby about a $20 bill that my kid must've gotten candy or juice on. They suggested it may be "blood" which was offensive and presumptive. I know nothing will come of this just warning other people you won't enjoy your experience here.

I love chase but their banker at this location the only banker the tall Indian guy with the slick back hair on July 5 2020 I believe his name was Jay , is the biggest POS I've ever come across, literally was giving me crap for every little thing 30 mins in I let him know that my check stub doesn't have my apartment number and he says it has to be exactly the same for him to open an account. I was like it's fine because even if they sent it to the adress I would still get it then he says you know what I can't open this account THIRTY MINS IN JUST BECAUSE MY APT NUMBER IS NOT ON MY CHECK STUB. I GOT UP AND TOLD HIM HES A PIECE OF SH*** for wasting my time! I went to another chase branch and I let them know about the same situtiaon and they gladly still opened my account that guy made that bank look bad and himself for not trying for his new clients what a true POS

This branch service terrible .especially old lady at the window. She was very mean. Maybe I can’t speak English well and I don’t understand well about bank system.But I like this branch of banker.They always say hello even I’m not this branch private client. (my private client banker is awesome. But it is BOCA PARK Branch at Summerlin .She is Galina. I super recommend her.)But ATM is good this branch . It’s works and useful. lolI’ll came here for use only ATM .

Yes this location is always busy (I don't even live in Vegas) but I bring my mother when I visit her. Yea, there may be a wait but each time I have come has been a good experience. This last time was great. My mom had some issues recently with fraudulent activity and we knew we would have to wait since we did not have an appointment. The wait was not unreasonable (less than 15 minutes) and we were helped my Malik who was beyond fantastic. He was so friendly, personable and attentive. Even though it took almost 2 hours to get it straightened out (not his fault...we were on hold most of that time and the entire time Malik talked to us and did not make us feel rushed). We were very happy with the service received.

This branch says it closes at 5, but God forbid u go there at 410 trying to verify your identity because their bankers won't help you. It would've taken 3-5 mins to verify my identity, they're lucky I'm not 20 years old anymore that's all I gotta say.
