The lady that works in the drive-through window was very helpful. She’s one of your guises best workers. I think her name is April if I’m not mistaken, very loving person like to see more people like that God bless.

My only recommendation: put one more atm inside. Somtimes I dont want to wait at the drive thru. Thats all.
Chase has kinda of a weird parking spot. People kinda speed going through the parking and it also leads to the drive thru. Im abit cautious about this place.
No complaints inside the bank. I usually never go inside unless pulling out money or depositing cash. What else can i say?

Twice now this week I’ve gone to use the drive through after the banks closed and it’s not able to take cash out or deposit. Each time you go to use the atm inside it also doesn’t allow you to enter the front !!! Very frustrating as a chase card holder. Please fix this issue immediately as it is a huge inconvenience.

Bad customer service unable to resolve their own mistake. I do not recommend this location. Calling cooperate doesn’t help don’t waste your time. Reviews are more powerful than you think.

Under construction, the lobby is closed and only has 1 ATM in the drive-through, which is horrible.

What's the point of having an ATM in the lobby if there's no way for me to use my chase card to get into said lobby. What a joke.

Chase bank is worthless no good scum of the earth fraud was done on my account for ,1,000 dollars and the admitted to it yet they won't put the money back can anyone tell me why that is I could care less about their investigation my holiday is ruined my family will be here in 2 hours and I don't even have milk for the kids in

I highly recommend CHASE banking they are brand new clean amazing atmosphere polite nice and helpful I been with them for 2 years going on 3 have not had 1 issue

ATM barley works. 9 times out of 10 in the past 4 years of going here it doesn’t work
