The other day I needed to deposit a check. So I went inside of the bank. Instead of using the atm etc.I was greeted by the 2 lovely ladies. I received excellent customer service.Everything was smooth & easy going.The bank is clean. There was not a lot of people at the bank the time that I went in.Dejaya the bank teller was super kind. I was having a hard time that day I was missing my late Mother. It was so hard to keep any tears back.Yet Ms Dejaya was a true gem. She let me know it was her Father's Anniversary Passing Month. She completely understood how I was feeling. She gave me tissues & verbal comfort.She was more than a bank teller at that moment. She was an Angel that I needed & that could relate unto what I was going through at that very moment.I highly recommend this location & Ms Dejaya the next time you need to do some banking at Chase.Thank you once again!

Lady named Jeanette helped with setting up a bank account with me and told me my debit card would take 3-5 business days to show up and it's going on 14 business days and I still haven't received it . I called customer service and they told me I would just have to wait for it to show up and that they couldn't issue me a new one . I'm very frustrated and annoyed because why as the manager are you lying to customers about wait times ? If the post office is behind on delivering stuff then shouldnt I get overnighted a new card ??? Or be able to pick up a temporary one in the bank ? I now have to wait several more days and I'm out of 1000 dollars because nobody seems to know how to do their job right . I'm about to close my account .

Broken cash machine. The teller (Tish) was as warm as a prison guard. She talk with the bank manager. The mgr wasn't a ray of sunshine or friendly but she assisted me.
