I have had a credit Union for years and I'm so pleased with the Chase App. It's made life simple and very impressed with Chase. Even traveling out of the country was easy and didn't have any hassle where the credit Union locked my funds even after telling them I was going to be away for a few weeks.

Horrible service at this location. I came in twice to drop off documents for my account and I had to wait 30 min each time and both times they just told me to come back later. They were also going back and forth with another customer for a separate issue so this is probably their regular behavior. I will find another branch to go to.

I went to the Chase bank in Aliante to open an account. Couldn't help me because all they had was one banker at 2:30 in the afternoon. Then I went to the Chase Bank on Charleston and Rancho. They had three bankers and only one customer in the lobby but I was told I would have to make an appointment to see the banker and they didn't have an availability until the following Tuesday this is 3 PM in the afternoon. They act as if you need them more than they need you.

Nathan T. You are a piece of garbage. My card is signed and you want me to resign it? I see what you did and you sir are trash. Keep profiling people and you'll eventually lose your job. You weren't protecting my account you looked at me up and down did a quick judgement and ask me to Sign my already signed card and I gave you my damn drivers license too!..... you want blood and urine too? Karma brotha, karma....

I've never seen more people sitting around doing nothing in a bank than here. Teller was no help, sent me to talk to a "banker" while he continued to do nothing. Then openly discussed my situation with another employee outside of the teller window.

This is by far one of the worst Chase branches I've ever been to. It's always understaffed and any banking needs require an appointment. They require an appointment time to get to my safe deposit box. I'm writing this as I wait in the lobby to close my box. No one had acknowledged my presence at all. The teller window is often closed and hey insist you use the ATM inside. If I wanted to use the ATM I wouldn't have walked in to begin with.

Horrible experience. I went in to open a business account. I was told by the customer service rep that this was probably the best account for me due to starting a new business one day ago. I change my mind and decided to open a personal account since I have not physically started doing any business work. The customer service rep told me four times count them four times how my account would be frozen if Chase decided that I was operating it as a business. I assured her that when my business started I would open a business account she continued to tell me how Chase would penalize me for opening a personal account if it should've been a business account. I am not a child I feel very disrespected Chase sucks.

Waiting time for open the new acc it's take 40-50 mins so I change my mind to open another bank it better :( 1 customers / 2 bank teller but No one have me too )

Newer Chase branch in the center of town. Pleasant staff but they only have ONE physical teller terminal. Somehow with all the space in that building they thought it was smart to construct only one spot for a teller. Other branches youll see 3 tellers and 2 or 3 atm terminals inside. Needless to say if someone has a complicated transaction the line and wait may be long. Thankfully, i didnt have that issue.

I just stopped by this Chase branch. I went there with some trepidation because all four of the previous reviews awarded it only one star. I had to go to this location because I departed at 5:50 pm and this branch was the closest one to me. I walked in the door only a couple of minutes before they were supposed to close. Rachel took great care of me. She is very smart and friendly. A nice bonus of of this location is that most of the employees seem to be bilingual.

Worst service bank ever. Walked in... they have only one teller window.... 2 automatic machines and 5 people doing nothing, but can't help.

Worst chase I've ever been to. Teller was awesome. Staff walking around while line extended tot he door with only one teller open on Fri.

Nobody is here and I have been waiting 20 minutes to do a wire transfer that only a banker on one of the offices can do. Apparently, their tellers can't do it. Smh!
