This is not the place to work, if you want to struggle and barley be able to feed your family and just get by paying your bills and expenses if that's what you want then work here. The employees are great people but the night manager was very lazy and did not know what he was doing. In my opinion if you take a position like managing please know what you are doing, it's not ok to put that much more pressure on the employees when a person takes a position like managers position encourage the employees because we are and we're the back bones of the company as the employees we make it happen not the lazy night manager who would sit at his desk for hours clueless on what to do
