I used to get my gas and convenience items here religiously, but over the past year, here in Las Vegas, different Chevrons have drastically different customer service.
I own a huge van, so filling up on gas every week is a huge expense.
Customer service is why I remain loyal to a business and I was a very happy Chevron's customer for many years.
Chevron is overpriced, but I continued to stay because I appreciated the customer care.
After several disappointing interactions with staff around Las Vegas, as well as locations that were dirty, trash always full, no windshield fluid for weeks at a time, employees outside smoking weed telling me I have to wait for their break to end before they will help me, etc, (this didn't happen everywhere, but enough to change my opinion), this was not the Chevron I knew, so I decided the easiest thing to do was to take my business elsewhere.

The afternoon female who works at this location is pretty much rude. She doesn't look at you. She barely acknowledges anyone. When she does she's crass. I'll just go somewhere else from now on. There are so many people that need a job and she OBVIOUSLY doesn't need this one.

The entire staff has an attitude. Especially the manager inside, she ends every sentence with "honey" but in that tone that let's you know she's calling you something else. The guy taking your plate for a car wash clearly hates it here.

I just wanted to draw to attention the excellent service I received from Quincy Black at this Chevron store. I had 2 cups I previously purchased from Chevron, that I keep for ice to keep in my car for passengers as I’m an Uber driver. I entered this Chevron just to get a refill on ice for the car and I neglected to tell Quincy I had already had cups. Upon leaving Quincy didn’t give me any fuss about whether they were mine or not and showed me the proper respect and courtesy that’s severely lacking in retail these days. I really appreciate how he avoided making a mountain out of a ant hill, and feel he should be recognized for the courtesy I observed him giving every customer. Kudos to you Quincy!

Went to the car wash, paid $10 for the stampede. It was just one quick run through the wash, nothing else. Other locations would wash the windows and vacuum inside. Not this location. To make things worse, the wash itself was not good. Lots of missing spots with dirty windows in corners and dirty sections of car. It cleaned some areas of the car of course but many areas were still dirty.
