I asked Cynthia the clerk for the passcode to use the bathroom enlighten me and said there's somebody in there I told nobody's in there she can eat the passcode and told me that not to stay long then I went to go pump gas and my gas wasn't there went back and told her that to fix the gas she said okay it's good to go this is my second time going back to her and it's still not working I don't know what's their problem she should fix her attitude and whatever is wrong with her or hire new workers and just now went back again to fix it and then said that it's not there someone has pumped it already so I told her no that's a lie the last transaction says a different amount not the amount that I paid for she actually fixed it

Apple pay doesn’t work at the pump in spite of displaying a tap to pay feature. No paper in the pump to print receipts. Clearly this business is not managed. So why pay 10% more than other gas stations? Lucky they are close to the strip otherwise they would be out of business. Avoid

Excellent and efficient customer service, very friendly cashier.
Gas was a little pricey for the area, but car ran great. Got over 43MPG in a Nissan Sentra after fill-up.

On 11/04/23 at 3:00 AM we just left the palm to get gas to return the rental we had to the airport. The concierge told us there was a chevron gas station down the street. So we got there and while my friend stayed in the car to pump the gas I went in. As I walked in I asked the Caucasian lady if she could put $20.00 on pump #8 as she took the money she looked at me and said "what do I get?" . I was kind of confused so I asked her to repeat herself. Again she said "what do I get" . The it dawned on me, she wanted a tip! I looked at her and said "Aloha" and walked to the back to grab two bottles of water for $1.49. So I put it on the counter and gave her $5 bucks then she tells me "ok your good" as I wait for change she just stood there! I'm confused again. I ask for the receipt and the she gives me the gas receipt. I then ask her for the water receipt? She prints out the gas receipt again. I asked for the water receipt and she said "your good" . I'm pissed already "don't play with me" as we have a flight to catch as I pointed to her. All of a sudden she get very hyper and start screaming at me an walks around the counter toward me like she wants to fight. By then two of her coworkers who witnessed the whole shenanigans finally block her from getting to me. I'm so upset now thinking what has just happened for her to try and attack me. Anyway my friend called me back to the car and being we have a flight to catch I just left my change and we left the gas station it a pretty bad place don't go there not a nice place to go. I live in a tipping state Hawaii but it's not required to tip or if you try to steal someone's money so you can get a tip you'd be fired real fast, as for the coworkers they should have stop it before it escalated. Worst working person I ever encountered in my life.

Stopped pumping gas as soon as I noticed they were charging over $6 / gallon when local average for premium gas is around $5.6Thanks, but no, thanks

An unmanaged gas station!
It is very inconvenient because there is no receipt and the nearby gas pumps are not managed. Staff service is lacking
