Started coming here when we moved over here. Pretty much most of the staff is very nice. I had an experience with one guy working nights. He used to be rude and condescending to me. Not anymore. He’s nice. But one young man who is slender and black has got to be the rudest most disrespectful person who works there. He accused me of trying to not pay for My cups but never apologized when I corrected him on bringing them in. He knows I bring in my own cups. He’s behind the counter and serves me all the time. He’s never once smiled and the young man maybe needs to stop judging or lumping. I know at for everything I get there except the water in my cup that is free to everyone. I spend up to 350.00 or more a month in there. So it’d be nice if he appreciated the business. I would give it 5 stars if not for him. Last visit today 7/9/25 at about 4:30.

12/05/2024 @ 05:25 Was visit time and date. I observed the store clerk interacting very poorly and almost rudely with a young lady trying to redeem a beverage on her app. He was at best uninterested in attempting to help this customer with the app. It became apparent to me he did not know how, so I told them how to ring up a redemption, which he did, but with no reflection of courteousness towards customer. Just overall unprofessional, impersonable and discourteous customer service. Just stands behind counter with arms folded offering no interaction with customers entering or exciting the store

I went here to use the ATM & the dam thing tried to give me the money but the money got stuck coming out & when I tried getting help the people that work there told me that there was nothing they can do and that I had to leave my name & number & they will call me when it was fixed but they never called me. So when I went back to see if the ATM got fix & seen that it was working again, I asked the people that was working there what happen to the money that got stuck? They texted playing like they had no clue what I was talking about. I will never go to this ATM or the store ever again.

Went here and the guy manually changed the price of the sale to not having a sale instead of paying the sales price I paid full because he was talking to someone and I was waiting in line and didn't want to help me.

They advertise on two signs that they have restrooms, but don't let you use them because they keep them locked.

Scam artist, con artist.... I had ran out of gas on the freeway and had to walk to this location, I only had 15 bucks left on my cashapp card so I swiped my card, entered my pin for the 15 bucks and it went through. 20 mins later I got a notification that my transaction had been updated to over 30 dollars BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE IM GOING TO THE BBB AND METROPOLITAN POLICE ?
