I don't mean to be rude but if your employees can't be coherant and polite and honest they shouldn't work there. Walked in to a Nigerian woman screaming at the top of her lungs at a customer who was so timid and meek but was standing her ground. The Jamaican woman was spitting everywhere making a fool of herself. Either she was on something....or off her meds. Clean the store up !!!! Around 2:10 pm Saturday May 4th. Will never bring my daughter in with me again.

I don't appreciate listening to a crazy employee screaming and spitting all over herself because a customer called her out for trying to commit a Nigerian scam....black lady working at 2pm ,she also seemed like she was going to get physical toward cuatomers as well. I will be calling corporate in the morning. My sister doesn't need to see that during her first trip to my city. Not cool. People like that give my town a bad rep.

So no more free air. You can ask by location but post COVID it looks like Terribles has taken away this freebie. Shame considering how much money I spend here. Calling corporate for details...****spoke to corporateAll locations should have a remote on the new system to go turn on free air. Apparently this misstep is some associates/locations know that and others don't. So it is a service they still offer but it's a gamble whether or not you get a location that knows what they're doing...or not.
