Excellent customer service. The fountain drink machine was not working correctly. After just waiting patiently a few minutes the gentleman at the register want to check to see if he could Mickey Mouse it to get to work. Turns out it just needed some ice. But he just opened the door and closes shut and the flavors came back on. So I recommend going here if you want excellent service.

The customer service is not good. I was trying to use my chevron points to get a dollar off a gallon. It didn’t work at the pump so I went inside. The assistant manager Jason was there and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. I told him I needed premium (91) and he rang me up with the $1 dollar off a gallon. Then I go to the pump and it kept saying select another grade. This happened before and the cashier chose regular instead of premium and they fixed it before. But when I told Jason he said he had no control over it when I went inside again. He said to call corporate, I called and they were closed for the day. The assistant manager didn’t really seem to care or try to help.

Used to be good but now you are lucky if the key pad works to select no car wash or to get receipt and if works they are out of paper. No one cares in this location anymore. I have been in this neighborhood for over 10 years and I truly believe they deserve this 2 stars

I come in every morning for cigarettes and coffee Marvin is always super friendly! Great customer service!! Store and pumps are always clean! Great work!!

I visit this Terrible Herbst a lot because of its great location, but also because the staff is always kind and the store stock s a lot of products. I especially like when Marvin is working because he is so nice, but also he's really efficient. It seems to take forever for most employees to replace empty creamer or soda or coffee, but he can do it in no time at all.

I live around the corner from this gas station and was spending about 30 to $35 a day, or in other words about $1,000 a month at this gas station just for gas and the occasional energy drink. I will not be doing so anymore because of the employee, I don't know his name, but he is the one with the slicked back black hair as if it was the 50s. I pulled up to pump number one to put in gas and it said card swipe not available at this time. So I go inside and as I'm inline I let him know hey did you know the card reader on number one isn't allowing the car to go through? His response was there is probably something wrong with number one. He didn't say go try a different pump or anything like that. So then I say what can I put $20 on it from here and she takes my $20 on my card and then I go out to pump number one and it's the whole pump that isn't working. So I go back in and he says I told you there was something wrong with pump number one. And I respond with then why did you take my money? And then he said something Snappy to which I said don't be a dick and put me at number seven instead. I got my gas and Terrible's has now lost my business.

SERIOUSLY....... so my boyfriend & I go into this gas station to gamble & when we were done my boyfriend asked for one of those small free cups that they give u to get a drink. So the lady behind the counter gives him the cup & he goes to get a drink & there's a little older Asian lady cleaning the coke machine & my boyfriends like "ma'am is it possible to still get a drink right now? She's like "I'M SERVICING THE MACHINE" he goes "oh okay well can I get a freezy? She goes "oh yea that's fine" so he goes to get it & all the sudden she literally started screaming at him "NO YOU CAN'T GET THAT! THAT'S A PLAYER'S CUP COME ON" & he's like "lady, that is exactly why I asked u before I tried getting it" & then she got really really crazy yelling "NO I DIDN'T SEE THE CUP AND YOU KNOW BETTER!!!" as she's like getting in his face so he just threw the half filled cup in the trash & was like "what? This is the first time I've been to this store....I DON'T know better obviously hints of why I asked permission in the first place but whatever I'm leaving anyways" & as we're walking away she's screaming & following us to the door damn near pushing us out saying"GET OUT NOW! RIGHT NOW! DON'T EVER EVER COME BACK! GET OUT NOOOOWW!!!!! & we're like lady we're already leaving like what is your problem seriously! This little lady was the BIGGEST b**** I've ever met. Almost kinda scary LOL. Won't ever play or go there again. Beware of the Asian lady cuz she'll give u no respect nor courtesy from jump if u Interrupt her simple a** in her simple a** job. Come on.

Simply the Best as the great Tina Turner would sing it. The best staff in town Clarissa, Spiro, sorry i dont know everyone's name ( i am old sorry) but everyone there has always treated me with the deterrence of a good friend (which I consider them now). Great people, fun people, more helpful you can never find. When I move I will miss these people greatly.

Zero stars, I came here to get my wife's truck serviced because I always got my cars done by them first I went to my east side location on Nellis and Charleston and I asked for the same great guy who always helps me and I was told with a laughter by the new manager "Ha he's no longer with us thank god'" I just looked at him and then he turns to a worker and say she thinks *****(name ) was a good service manager and they both laughed and the new manager said do you want service or not? I said not with this type of attitude he said well back out I have other customers who would so I left and went to this Buffalo and Cheyenne location. Nobody was there so I pulled up and then a young man came out I asked are you open? Well duh it's 1 in the afternoon. Ok???? I replied may I get the top off service he replied don't know what that is but if your looking for an oil change I can tell you now for this Jeep it will be $90 I said well normally pay $46 for the top off service and the I tried to explain what it was and he cut me off and said that doesn't exist anymore so it be $90 I will be inside when you make up your mind and walked off. I was appalled in 9 years never had this type of treatment not once but twice in one day. As I got ready to leave the guy walked back out and said oh I know what top off service your referring with the car wash right? I said yes he said pop the hood I'm very skeptical at this point still in shock what just happened so I popped it and he opens halfway closes it and says that will be $90 I said have a great day. Unreal . I went to two jiffy lubes two different days my wife truck and my car. Both locations were great. I took hers to the Fort Apache location by my house awesome service. Even better service at the W Craig location by my car wash place. I ended up at the Craig because I was getting a car wash. For 9 years I had been going to Terrible Herbst and that day for the 1st time I got extremely rude service trying to go to TH in Summerlin by my home and my original location on the east side. That's all it took and I immediately found Jiffy. Brett and Alex were so kind and respectful. They were prompt and the service was fast and excellent. I will definitely be going here for now on both vehicles. I never believed in giving my money to a company that provides piss poor service. I feel my hard earned money is not needed or wanted when service is not right. Terrible Herbst, both locations acted like they were the only car service company to exist like they are NV Energy. "1 company for all people " I give 4 stars because most places provide brake fluid and coolant as part of a top off. Jiffy does windshield fluid. Alex even included the coolant for me. He was phenomenal he gets 5 stars the company 4 due to that. Jiffy is definitely the right place to go. They have won my future service even if I have to pay additional for coolant and break fluid. Alex provided a great reason for the brake fluid not being part of the top off and I totally understand. Thank you Alex Brett and (Dustin (Ft Apache) location for your service, integrity and kindness! I will never get gas or service AGAIN from any Terrible Herbst. I love Chevron I have seen plenty without Terrible Herbst combined thank god. I will use Shells if only TH/chevron combined are near me .

I've gotten my oil changed twice here and both times something went wrong the first huge mess up was "somehow magically" a hose was disconnected that caused my car to eat up gas like no one business but yet they tried to me it wasn't their fault and they don't mess with that hose or something after I got sent to a different location to see what went wrong in the end they fixed it but kept trying to place blame on someone or something else the more recent time I gave the benefit of the doubt and thought people mess up no big deal guy didn't go over if I needed more liquids in the car in which I did but the paper said he recommended nope didn't say any words to me other then what are you here for, your done, here's your total but even then they didn't even turn off the light saying I needed an oil change...I ended up going to the dealership to see what was wrong with the car and it was simple someone didn't complete the job again certainly will not be taking my vehicle here again

Went in today after...bad for me again. Even after I left countless messages for Steven the manager or owner on how an older lady treated my son, I had to admit I am a creature of habit and it's close to home. Eugene...another untrained employee who Told another customer he didn't know what he was doing being I was being rude. Unprofessional and far from the truth. First he had no ideal what he was doing, nothing to do with me. He asked me what I needed and I asked if they had the Chevron pre paid gas cards...then another almost 3 minutes of silence so I said I guess customer service is not you guys thing..Eugene proceed to tell me I was rude and he was trying to see why he couldn't run the register as he's holding a hand full of money and coins. The customer behind me looked like I did puzzled and I said oh I guess because I'm not the angry black woman he had to make up something. Another employee came from the back to show him what he did wrong and I left without a pre paid card or an apology becaus Eugene does not have customer service skills and I am wondering who is suppose to train their employees. This time I will try corporate and see if they respond. By the way...I'm not rude and one of the most calm people you will ever meet...just show a little Aloha even when they are the ones being Rude to you. I won't be back, there are plenty of gas stations that I would rather give my money too. As a former business owner to another...get rid of the dead weight, I will say Eugene first. Thank you also for trying to make me look bad in front of another customer, it didn't work.
