The cashiers who are there at night do not help you at all, they are just talking to each other and on their cell phone. I've gone twice to buy coffee and ooooo! Surprise they never have hot coffee they don't check their machines to see if they are missing something

Not the best Terrible's I've been to. They don't have lids for their hot coffees. We came here around 0700 and we're the only ones there. The cashier came out and didn't respond to my "good morning" but instead stared me down the entire time I was in there. I felt very uncomfortable here.

Out of all the Chevron I like this one the most . I like the area it is in . Employees seem nice even management . only thing is the bathroom doors are hard to close .

This place went downhill after new management. Their restroom doors can't close well and they haven't done anything about it. The cigarettes I want are rarely there anymore it's like they don't order anything because their tobacco shelves always look empty. Sometimes there's a long line and the manager never bothers to help her employee. The only good thing about this place are the familiar employees in the afternoon and night time. The sad part is the older lady in the afternoon has to work a busy store by herself now.If you want the items you need.. I suggest going to other gas stations.

I've been coming to this store for years , and I can see that alot has changed in a good way. from the staff , management, and from the property being well maintained. I'm not a morning person , so it helps when the staff are always helpful and polite. And for that I will return, thank u.

The store manager Itala(?) here doesn't know what to do. She just lets her employees do all the work while she stays in her office the whole time. Most of the employees and customers don't like her. The tobacco I want never gets ordered so I'm assuming she's lazy as hell. We want the other manager Jonathan back.

No more full service car wash. Terrible just ruined the car wash at Cactus and Dean Martin as well. They only give you one disposable towel per vehicle.

This review is strictly about the Car Wash...everyone at this location has been amazing - I have been getting my car washed here since pre-COVID when it was interior and exterior...and man do I miss the interior wash! I had the monthly membership and then when it came to COVID when the interior side of it stopped. There were no issues getting my membership downgraded to exterior wash only, and good because it's all they were offering. Rebecca Jasso from the main office has been so helpful with everything including adding my second vehicle to a membership. The supervisors at this location have always been so friendly and helpful. I hope they are able to stick around since most locations are strictly automatic. For now this location still has a crew to brush down the cars upon entry and the crew working that have always been careful and thorough.

First impressions and lasting impressions is what moves us all I have stopped going to places that I have been faithfully going for years all due to service cleanliness and overall attitude of their staff. I have been in and out of Terrible's 5 times within the last month I'm impressed by far this location is managed very well everything's clean and set up perfectly I love how I can get my car and truck washed by people with an amazing attitude and patience even the cashiers i have encountered buying my routine beverage have had a great consistent attitude since day one keep up the great work and service I will definitely be back again and again oh Ya love the app it's my go to when I'm on my lunch break
