The car wash malfunctioned and the center of my truck did get washed. The young man behind the register got me a receipt with a new code. Then he went into the car wash and manually made one of the wheels lower enough to wash the hood of my truck, while getting wet. You don’t get service like that much anymore. I did not get his name but to the gentleman working around 2:48 pm on Sunday the 5th 2023 I appreciate you.

I just stopped at this Chevron/Terrible's to wash my car. I paid for the Bad Guy's Best ($16), the arm went up, and I continued forward. Nothing happened. I had to get out of my car and walk through the carwash to the front entrance. The woman working gave me another code to try and another customer suggested backing up and pulling up to trip the sensor as he had trouble a few days prior. I was in and out of that store three or four times and nothing worked. The employee kept telling me to drive through, everything would automatically move. I told her again that the car wash wasn't doing anything. She told me that I would have to wait for her boss to come in at 10 pm. Mind you, it was 7 pm at that point. I told her that I no longer wanted the car wash and that I'd like a refund. She told me that I couldn't have a refund and once again told me to drive through the car wash. If you haven't figured it out yet, I literally had to drive through the stationary brushes to get through. So, no car wash, no refund, and possible scratches on my car. I don't care if it was only $16 dollars. I'm pretty sure it is illegal for a business to take money for services not rendered.Update: I filed a dispute with my bank for the charge. We'll see what happens. It's not the amount, it's the principle.

The car wash here is horrible. And the manager wouldn't refund my money when their vacuums are shut down. Just waited over 20 minutes because the car wash doesn't work and the vacuums don't work and they don't refund them. Awful.

Worst place ever. the car wash doesn’t work after you pay and they refuse to refund the money because their “boss” is the only one who can do it. Seemingly incompetent employees that don’t have the ability to rectify the situation is no way to run a business.

Very friendly staff here, and they have wonderful customer service too. Needed a charging system for one of our phones, and they went out of their way to make sure that we got the right one before leaving the store. I was really impressed by that. Most places wouldn't even bother helping you. Keep up the great service, and we will see you soon on our way home from Vegas.

jus paid for a damn carwash and it didnt even work, left early to get my car cleaned and ended up wasting my time. loved this spot when people actually worked the wash and now its automated. never goin here nomore

Went to their newly fully automated car wash with my Ford Explorer. Paid my $20 as usual and when I got home the entire rear of my car was still dirty. I ended up having to clean the entire back and rear panels myself. Was better when you had people manning the Carwash. IMO not worth the money or time if you end up having to finish the wash the vehicle yourself.

This place went downhill after Terribles took over. This was my everyday stop for car wash, gas, and occasional items. Now it's dirty with trash all over the place, none of the vacuums ever work. The employees, I don't even want to mention. Overall, this has become a place I now avoid at all cost.
