The customer service from the manager at this store is a joke. If your homeless don't go there. At other stores, like the Sinclair across the street i have no problem with my home bought 70oz refill at the soda machine. I yelled out refill, like i normally do and the lady wanted to make what i feel like was an unusual scene because of the way i looked or she has seen me around my neighborhood. See the problem with this Sinclair is be prepared to be embarrassed or given an EXTREMELY hard time of you walk in with a back pack, ride a bicycle, por bring your own cup and God forbid need to survive and bring in your own food and need to use the microwave. After the incident were almost got charged a dollar 29 for a cup of ice and $2 for a cup of soda and blatantly told they don't normally allow refills from out of store at all I decided I was going to get a burrito I put it in the microwave as usual and you should have seen the way that the gentleman came around the corner put his hands on his hips like he was in such disbelief I had hit a dog with my car and asked did you bring your own food from home too loudly and disgustingly i couldn't believe my neighborhood corner store would ever, as a consistant, paying customer would ever even question that. Me,a group of us who are tired of being treated so poorly in the neighborhood are taking our business elsewhere.

I'm a regular customer here. I'm always buying snacks there, but your employees are rude for no reason, today a Hispanic female was rlly rude to me and my friend, other times it's a black lady throwing my change on the counter. Pls learn to control ur employees

CAREFULLY!!Today my husband, my brother and my children went to buy a couple of beers, 1 donut and a soda, when they charged the bill it was around 45 dollars, which was a lot for my husband and I wait to receive the ticket to see exactly where the error was. Instead of charging him 1 donut, they charged him for a dozen, and my husband told her why she was charging him for more than 1 donut, she said that she couldn't do anything, that he would have to come back tomorrow to talk to his her manager, because he had paid with a credit card and could not return his money ( since it was her mistake) my husband preferred to take the rest of the donuts to complete what he had charged, since it is not the first time this happens, that he is overcharged. And precisely for this reason we stop buying gasoline and things there, because they are very abusive. We come back today and the same thing happens ??♀️ So, BE CAREFUL always check your tickets before leaving The cashier's name is "Ria"

This Chevron will place the pump maximum of $100 on your card as a pending charge even if you only spend $30. I needed the other $70 for food and bills. Hopefully, it comes back tomorrow, but who knows. It's absolutely ridiculous.

The cashier tried to scam $24.99 off my credit card. I go there all the time and usually never ask for receipts. Today however she took a little too long to put the charge through after she told me my total of $16.xx then the charge on the machine showed $41.xx. so I asked for a receipt and she said she couldn't print one, the other clerk came over and made her print one. She added a Propane exchange to my transaction. Then they both said since I charged it they could not refund it and I had to come back 2 days later on Monday after 10am when a manager who can do refunds is there. I am sure she was going to try to get away with that then when a cash buyer for Propane came she would just pocket the money.

This is the worst Chevron I've ever been to. Employees don't care. I locked myself out of my car in their parking lot and they would not help me at all. Not even use a phone to call AAA. Bad poor customer service. This was on Friday July 8th. Locked out of my car in their parking lot for hours and they would not help. Honestly whoever's working there I hope get fired.

horrible place to go, why they took to me in Spanish? ponga la mascarilla ? something like that, when they skinny guy behind the balcony has no mask on? and kept walking in out without of mask? well this is not the point but the car wash is the worst ever, you car get out dirty with lot spot Senor! but they said you can not go back in line again . don`t spend your money there find some car wash with reputation most car wash in Las Vegas if your car come out dirt with lot spot they let you go back in line again, but this one doesn`t .
