The car wash is terrible. It was not working and I was already inside passed the gate and couldn't go forward through the wash...so I couldn't get out. I had to leave my car there and go inside to get the staff to help me because the gate was down behind my car. The nice lady who worked there fixed the carwash was so I was finally able to go through, but it sounded really awful like it needed a lot of work done on it. The incident made me 30 minutes late for my next appt and apparently it breaks down a lot because the lady knew exactly how to fix it. That is not reflection on her...she was great. But the owners really need to get it repaired.

They are NOT open 24/7. In fact, they aren't even open at 5AM, which is really inconvenient for those who need more than a debit that an external gas pump can provide

112 degrees outside and now lids for fountain drinks. Cashiers response was "oh well".The name says it all , "Terrible's"

This used to be a five star review but one of the C-store cashiers accused my wife of falsely trying to swipe another pump and pour 16oz with our fuel purchase. I know this is harsh but it left a very sour end to a Chevron which up and till now we thought was a cut above, obviously we were wrong.

I have never stopped for gas here, but we like to go in for snacks. They have a very good variety, the store is clean, smells nice, and the lady who works evenings is always polite. If you are looking for snacks outside of normal chips and candy, they have protein snacks, nuts, and dried fruit. My husband loves the Celsius energy drinks, which Terribles always has and 7-11 doesn't. Overall, a good stop and easy to get back on the road as it is on a major intersection.

It's a quick stop right before heading in to work for me and the employees are always friendly. Greet everyone upon entering(evening crew). Uriah and the other 2 women always try to converse on his your doing, I like it because life is always rushing and sometimes it's great to slow things down with a lil conversation.
