I wish we didn’t bother to pay for food here. After getting our food and the kid half slopping stuff into the bowl we looked around and the place was disgusting!! Trash and food everywhere. There were only a couple other people in there and I counted 7 employees just standing there doing absolutely nothing. A girl at the counter digging in her ear. A pile of ice at the soda machine and everything in shambles. I was scared to eat the food. The few bites I had I had to spit out the gnarly chicken and ended up throwing away my entire bowl.

What ever you guys do, do not order from this location. They never get your order right. This is my second time ordering from them and both times they got my order wrong. I’m not sure why they are in business because they don’t know how to read or comprehend simple requests. This will be my last time ordering from this location. Fool me once shame on them fool me twice shame on me. There won’t be a 3rd time

The shops here are expensive and so this chipotle is cramped. No space to sit. The trash is a flowing river and people are rude sometimes there the place is so tiny.

They have some juice flavors, nice you can choose something else than soda machine. The flavor of the steak was good, and the food was hot, chips were fresh, if you shopping at the outlets eat here ?

I came in shortly after opening and they had no steak. I was told it would be a 10 minute wait. I decided on a different protein for my salad and then after paying was told the at they did not have vinaigrette. I asked if it could be made and was told it would be a 15 minute wait for it. What?! Absolutely ridiculous!!

This is the dirtiest chipole I been to in vegas. The food was plain. I almost thought I had covid until I went to actual Mexican restaurant. Please ppl don't go to this specific chipotle in vegas.

I should have read the reviews before opting for Chipotle. But given the lack of suitable food options in Las Vegas, I went for what should be an easy and healthy dinner. A veggie burrito bowl. I was dismayed to discover a certain ingredient missing when I opened the bag upon getting to my hotel. The veggies. This really shouldn't be hard. Veggies are literally in the name of what I ordered.Sigh.

Made an online order to pick up at 4 pm since thats when i would get my lunch i got here at 3:54 my order was ready which was great but as i bit into it my food was cold and to top it off the table as i sat down to eat smelled horrible like mildew they need to disenfect their cleaning supplies horrible experience

Always looks so dirty inside. Sanitary is key to healthy and clean service! Food has always been tasty, but recently something has changed…besides the higher price .

Out of soda and ice. Bathrooms were out of hand soap. Food was barely warm. Floors were dirty and sticky. I normally love Chipotle but this location is poorly managed. Not worth coming here.
