15 people standing in line and 1 person working to make orders while others 5 employees are sweeping and prepping. Waited 15 minutes to get through the line. Why not have more people making orders at 1pm during lunch?

STOP DROWNING THE RICE IN BEAM WATER. The damn spoon has holes in it, stop rushing and give it a second to drain. It's disgusting when your bowl is swimming in half an inch of bean water.

They were short staff and I had to ask for a few items out of stock but the team had a positive attitude and the food was good. Can definitely say it was still excellent

Disappointing Experience at Chipotle: Poor Management and Subpar ServiceRating: ★☆☆☆☆Review:My recent visit to this Chipotle location left much to be desired, primarily due to the lack of professionalism and courtesy exhibited by the manager, Brenda. From the moment I entered, it was evident that the restaurant was not up to standard.Brenda’s demeanor was anything but polite or helpful; in fact, her lack of managerial skills was strikingly apparent. When I raised concerns about the amount of protein she gave was less than other chipotle’s across the country. Meanwhile the meat station was untidy and not stocked. The presentation not like other branches I have visited. When I seen the next persons order it was apparent that Brenda picked and choose who she’d preferred. My response to her when I noticed the disparity she was dismissive and unapologetic. It was disappointing to see someone in a leadership role fail to address customer concerns with care and attention.Fortunately, amidst this disappointing experience, there was a glimmer of hope in the form of cashier Samantha. Despite the chaotic atmosphere and Brenda’s lack of leadership, Samantha went out of her way to assist me and ensure that my order was handled properly. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to help were a stark contrast to the overall ambiance of the restaurant.Overall, my experience at this Chipotle location was subpar. From the unprofessional behavior of the manager to the lack of basic amenities like napkins, it’s clear that improvements are needed to elevate the customer experience. I hope that management takes these concerns seriously and implements changes to ensure that future guests receive the quality service they deserve.

I order my food with what looks like the last bites at the bottom of the containers. Ok more flavor whatever not a big deal then as i hand the cashire my money she ripes the $20 bill and refused to take it i was ready to pay $22 dollars on 1 bowl and the cashire refused money she riped like i dont understand the logic here barely any people as it is rush just passed and i cant get my food because cashore ripes the money. Whatba waste.

The place was not busy, but all the tables were dirty. I got my order to go, but I wanted to sit and eat. Please have one person take 10 mins and wipe them down. It's not that hard, I used to do it.

Every time I come to this specific location the chicken is always insanely salty. I don’t know why I keep thinking it’ll be better next time. Once, it was so salty i couldn’t eat it, it was like i was eating salt. The cooks need to taste the food and the chef/manager needs to be put in check.
