I was told I could use the restroom by an employee. When I asked where the restroom was. Management refused to let me use it.

This circle k has the sign "open 24hrs" but they close here and there plus when they put a sign "back in 15min" they take there sweet ass time and they aren't back for another 30 min

The employee was no where to be found at the Circle K and I activated my Too Good To Go order too soon before he could get back. My phone screen turned off and the order was already processed and completed when I turned it back on. I spent 5-10 minutes looking outside and inside for the Circle K Employee and he finally came out of the bathroom. I tried to claim the order I paid for but he said he can’t give to me because he didn’t see me swipe on the Too Good To Go app. He then called his manager and he said the same thing. In the end, I left the store empty handed and paid for an order I didn’t receive because I thought it would be in their system like every other delivery/pickup app.

Was in there trying get a drink and something to eat , the food item says 2 for $4 n wouldn't get it for that price charging me full price showed the advertising n she couldn't do anything and wouldn't sell me the items , this is why I don't shop at circle k it's always something with there systems or workers ........ they should have a manager or someone can do a override on stuff like this

Thank you for reading my review for Circle K at Alta and Valley View drive, Las Vegas NV. Went out of my way to go to Circle K as they have fresh ground coffee and hot dogs with all the fixings etc...Not Today Jim! Store was closed "system down" @ 1:40 pm on a Friday (?) Not cool ?!!! CLOSED!!! Totally unacceptable ?‼️ one ⭐..... Bad job by you Circle K!!!!

I go in this store everyday and tonight some lady that I've never seen working In there before started yelling at me and had her husband outside who wanted to fight me until I didn't back down then he apologized and I said too late. I'll be notifying management tomorrow that lady deserves to be fired

Ok where to start, 1. The crew that works here is great. 2. The shop is in a great location But the store needs an update and a deep cleaning. I love the fresh grown coffee and the sip and save program.
