The employee working at around 11:30 pm on 12/17/2024 was the rudest employee i've ever had to deal with in a store. Telling customers that the store doesnt have a brand of cigarettes when you can clearly see them on the wall. She refused to say please and was just incredibly rude to me and every other customer in the store.If you hate your job deal with it.

The place is disgusting and understaffed. The water filter hasn't been serviced since 2022 and is leaking some foul looking liquid. Do not drink from the soda fountains

For a multi billion dollar industry, this place has zero core values and the customers suffer because of supply and demand. Garbage,garbage, garbage customer service. Lack of education is not an excuse. Continues training and respect for the consumer is dead. Fire everyone and start over! ?

Some of y'all employees and y'all stores very cool some of your employees and your stores very disrespectful especially that woman Cheyenne one minute she cool next minute she ain't she got a snotty attitude always with her hand in the cash register counting the money 1001 times if I was y'all I will pay attention to her and really investigate her besides you know thinking other people stealing when she's on that time schedule with them she might be the one stealing cuz she put her hands in that cash register down at one time

SOME of the employees here are ghetto and have poor customer service. There's a female employee that was going off on her personal phone while checking me out the other night. Tonight there is a male employee singing on the top of his lungs and it doesn't sounds good. I asked if he could double bag my items (he stuffed everything in one bag) and he just handed me the bag.

Usually I am always satisfied with these stations. But this one... I came across a lady who received me very badly. But I understand because the neighborhood doesn't seem easy.
