I come in the store the cashier asks me if I been kicked out of the store before I'm like um no and she's all like well you look like someone we kicked out this is the second time this has happened. First of all open your eyes I hardly even come to this gas station second of all I'm never coming here again screw this place these cashiers can't open their eyes and are targeting me wen I literally just go there to get a soda .

Luz gets An attitude when you ask for cigarettes and gets overwhelmed when there is a bunch of people in line. The store was disgusting. Cups and floor was nasty.

I tried calling this location to ask a simple question before walking there in the heat. The first time I called the phone just rang and rang the after about 12 rings, someone just picked up and hung up the phone. Not even a hello. So I tried calling back and it was like they took the phone off the hook because I kept getting a busy signal. Then the 20th time I called they picked up and hung up again without saying anything. What happened to customer service? It's seems to be non-existing these days. Especially when there site shows that they're less busy right now than usual. Why can't they be bothered to answer the phone to answer a simple question?

I went there because my friend wanted to buy tobacco, the cashier was rude she doesn’t know how to speak English so I was translating and he didn’t want to sell her it even though she gave a valid form of identification which was her passport and he proceeded to be rude to her and after to me his name is Ryan these actions to me are really racist. Such bad customer service. He also denied to give me the store number.

The woman wearing a name tag reading Patricia was working at on 5/7/24 at 10:00 pm was extremely rude. My boyfriend who was waiting OUTSIDE by the car and I came in to buy cigarettes and she refused to sell them to me until my boyfriend came in the store and showed her his ID. I understand the ID law but she was extremely rude when asking for IDs and super unnecessary about him coming in when he wasn't even with me IN the store. He could have been some random person standing by my car and then what? She would have refused me cigarettes all together? She needs an attitude check.

Horrible place, scan my members # for gas and paid cash she charged me as if I was using card and she didn't even scan my # correctly. If she wasn't to busy talking and paying attention to the customer at the register she might of done it right.

I love the awesome price on gas and am addicted to Frosters. Highly recommended installing the circle k app on your celly. There's gas discounts and consistent freebies if they can scan the app!

Gas station attendant in this gas station took my money off my card the pump is malfunctioned Amanda was so unprofessional she’s acting so ghetto and rude I see why yu guys put her on this terrible side of town and it’s crack Heads hanging out side to btw STAY AWAY unless yu like getting ripped off 3 people reported no gas after payment

Go here if you want to get treated like a piece of shi like someone they are tired of that hangs around the store all day. I see Management hires people who makes up they own rules. They employees seems to be on drugs and was being rude to a customer over the phone. I told them that was disrespectful to talk like that in a place of business after he tried to bash the customer over the phone to other customers. I would've called back to back too. Update: Alex night shift guy don't need to be dealing with customers at all; He definitely seems a bit off like he has a death wish. Probably why they hired him. Either way I'll never go to this location again. He refused to give me a refund or exchange shortly after I realized I brought the wrong item.
