I haven't been in this store in many years , but when I used to always go there, I'd walk to the store and all of the employees were always very nice and helpful every time. There was a incident several years ago when I and my friend had came in,and there was a creepy guy who kept bothering us and following us around. We even sat down and played the slots for a while, only to have that guy follow us and get right behind us. With us walking, the employees came over and 1 of them kindly gave us a ride home so we'd be safe... It was a great feeling to know that they had good enough employees to watch over their customers and keep them safe....

This store is nice . I go in all the time because of the low prices on gas and the convenience factor. I live around the corner. Apparently they are going to remodel store as well which should be nice. The bald white manager is also really friendly. He is always there by himself working in this super busy store. My daughter would like to work there I may send her in to apply. It’s probably a great place to work.

Rude employees, and their system won’t scan any out of state IDs. The cashier will just stare at you like it’s your problem that they can’t figure out how to scan it.

The location on warm springs and spencer is the worst store the cashiers are on the phone with earbuds the hole time during the transaction and does not give you your 5 dollar discount for cigarettes this has happened to me three times now. What a rip off will never return will go to chevron and pay a few cents more for the better customer service.

The black lady night shift cashier was very rude and disrespectful never going to this place again. She had an attitude I don’t no why I understand working minimum wage but if you are working at the register then you need to be respectful with all customers who come to the store or maybe she is racist because she is good based on the race of someone who comes to the store. If you wanna get disrespect to go this store

Showed up for a shift smart shift and the lady working was so busy flirting with the pespi vendor. When she finally acknowledged me she was very rude. Told me that they dont “do shift smart”, but the shift was available on the shift smart app which is why I signed up for it. I tried to ask her to reach out to the manager so that I wouldn’t be penalized on shift smart and she rudely cut me off, not any help at all and totally wasted my time and bus fare. These stores definitely need to reevaluate who they have working there and running things if the managers are never going to be on site. Circle K is not what it used to be. How do you guys not “do shift smart” when the shift popped up and I was able to accept it? Just horrible.

I'd give negative stars. How can you not sell cigarettes to a person with an out of state valid ID, just because it wouldn't scan in your ridiculous system (who is clearly above the age limit)! Like a 45 year old man, and then when we tried to buy it with IDs that would scan because we are all well above age, you deny the sale? Ridiculous. What's the power trip for?

While accessibility is good and the store is well managed, gas pump management seems to be lacking.
The amenities also seem to need a little more maintenance.
Staff service is acceptable
