Recently, my fiancé was blessed with an inheritance. As shrewd people do, put the funds into a bank. Unfortunately, fear in the air and Wells Fargo & B of A have both given us horrific experiences, thus moving to Citi Bank. Johnathan was one of the most knowledgeable, professional & attentive bankers I've experienced in a long time. No waiting, he knew what I wanted & actually made the experience a enjoyable procedure to open a couple of accounts as I would thought any bank would do?!?! Thanks Johnathan, you & your branch are highly recommended as far as I'm concerned. My fears of dealing with a bank & even the tellers are no more. (PS; I'm an ex- B of A employee & longtime Wells customer)

To open a Business account they gave an appointment for next week and the bank is empty. I'm taking my business somewhere else where they value it. Now i can understand why is always empty. Bye bye

There isn't enough room in this posting to describe how bad the service has been with this branch and CITI in general. It is now February, and my account is still not up and running properly since I set it up last April. My account rep doesn't return or answer any of my calls and without the slightest bit of exaggeration I am cut off from 9 out of 10 calls with CITI customer service. They have not once, I'll repeat that, not once called me back despite leaving my phone number with them immediately at the start of every call. They have cancelled my account and reopened it without my knowledge (which voids any working numbers/cards for online banking) because they claim they were trying to get additional info from. Two things: Never once did they call/text/email me for additional info, and regardless of that, they have every bit of data known to man with regards to my business and myself. I write this as I wait on hold to be transferred around 20 times be "reverified" each time I'm transferred where I will inevitably be cutoff with no resolve to issues with my account. This has cost me $1000's of dollars in additional accounting costs and has been a detriment to my business. I would recommend any other bank over CITI.

I don't understand how they run the financial business, whenever I visit there computers are not work or slow.Even treating customers are terrible.There is NO professional at all!!I closed all my account now.

They are the absolute worst bank in history they closed my account over 8 dollars because I was out of the country my father passed I had alot going on including grief they closed my account

I am a Citi Bank customer and my name is William Wilson and I have a phone number I have used to open my account I'm person. This same phone number I use for on line banking also I receive all of my alerts on this phone now the fraud department put a hole on my account a few times and they have verify my phone number now all.of a sudden they can't use the number on file customer service has no problems identifying me and the fraud department never had a problem but now all of a sudden I told them there is no fraud sick and tired of this game they play they say they can't use my number by why would I get fraud alerts and why did the fraud department left me messages on my number now my bills are about to get turned off they insist and are forcing me to have a number from public records that I do have any more they need to up date there system once again there is NO FRAUD stop it with that and let go of the hold you have on my account this is not a credit card this is a debit with my money Citi Bank is forcing me to have numbers from public records I didn't use a number from public records when I opened my account so why is there an issue

My daughter was super excited to open a bank account today and they told me saturday is walk ins only , we come in at 1:01 pm and we were told her last customer is at 1pm , ridiculous. reason why this place has lots of bad reviews.

Its the best and also my go to bank that has actually enough people working inside and they are so kind. Especially Liz the young lady at the end very knowledgeable on everything with Citibank

So if you want to lose your money deposit it at the ATM machine at this bank.My tenant deposited 700.00 dollars last night to write me a check for rent & when she deposited last night it said that the machine was having technical difficulty so she called the numbers and they said she'd have to wait up to 45 days to get the money so she went in today to try to get the money and they said oh there's an overage in the ATM machine but we can't give it to you we have to wait about 45 days so now she's going to have a late fee and be homeless but they don't care they need to change this bank's name to SHITI BANK !!!!

We were looking for a Citibank close to where we were staying in Henderson. This one was not too far from a Costco Gas, which was our next stop. Located near the intersection of Pecos on Tropicana. The branch didn't open until 10AM, but the ATM was fine for us. There are two, a drive up and also a walk up right by the front door. This location was actually in SE Las Vegas, but it was about halfway between Henderson and LV proper.

I had a really crappy time speaking to horrible citi bank representatives. Mark and his associates have a different culture in that they pride themselves on trying their hardest before quitting on their client. Thanks Mark & Cris for restoring the banking culture!

I have just started banking with this bank..All I can say is that they have excellent customer service... I've only been there 3 times and both tellers I saw was fabulous.. Keep up the good work.

Came in today can’t even get money one teller manager can’t do anything. It’s no wonder they offering bonuses to new customers. Terrible service everything is by appointment
