Horrible customer service by CitiBusiness Online! After receiving a replacement token to sign in to my account online, I have received consistent error messages. Due to my work schedule and other responsibilities, I cannot call during the hours listed. Tonight, I missed them by 15 minutes. I am locked out of my accounts and no one that I can reach can help me. I have tried for 4 days. I need to access my bank account!

Just walked out the bank and I had the ruddiest teller ever!!!!! She was in the middle section with redish brown hair with her name tag slightly covered so I didn’t get her name. She called me to the window and while I was only making a Deposits and would have taken two minutes never greeted me as she was speaking to another customer standing close behind me my entire time at the counter rather than ask her to wait until she completed my transaction….apparently I didn’t deserve privacy while conducting my transaction. Even when I requested that she just please help me and then the next person she continues speaking to the other customer. I feel like not only the teller was rude, but the customer was as well! It was like I was invisible and my business was unneeded at the establishment! Perhaps it was because she assumed incorrectly that I didn’t understand or speak Spanish! Worst bank experience ever! Especially having been a teller many years ago I would have never been so disrespectful, customer service has definitely declined drastically!!!!

I have a Costco Citibank Visa credit card & came to this location to make a payment. The teller told me I couldn't make a payment with CASH. I then tried to make a payment with my debit card & he said they wouldn't take that either because I didn't have an account with them. I have NEVER had a more difficult time just trying to make my payment . What kind of BANK doesn't except CASH !! I feel like they are trying to make my payment late by not excepting any form of payment!!! Ridiculous!!!!!

Worse bank ever, I made a mobile deposit and now they have put a block on all my money so that they can investigate a check & verify with issuer which is Bank of America. I was told it can take 60 days and if they cannot verify they will close my acct for fraud and mail me a check with my funds I had prior to deposit. The CHECK IS LEGIT I even want to bank of america to have them check. Citi bank has cashed it and it holding my money!

This had the worst customer service. As being African American very racist . They couldn't believe that I was wanting to open an account with them with amount money I had . They gave everyone else service but told me I had to wait. One of the tellers stated to me to my check and go to a casino or cash advance place. Very racist and management tole me after I waswaiting to open a account that one of ther banksers couldn't do it and i.had schedule a appointment. I will never do banking with them.

We have been banking at this Citi Bank branch at 8701 west Sahara for 15 yrs. After making a deposit I ask to have some papers notarized. I was asked to have a seat while the 1 person working with a notary finished with a customer. So I sat. After approx 5 minutes some other employee informs me that when the notary finishes with his customer that he is going to be taking lunch and then asks me to come back at 4. Mind you it is 2:10. I ask if he can take the 3mins to notarize my papers and I will be on my way. At this point he tells me no! That I would need to come back. WTF! He is just sitting there. Worst of all time customer service. You are seriously telling a bank customer NO! That although the notary is right there in his cubicle that I need to come back in 2 hrs. VS him taking 3 minutes to help who? Oh that's right a customer! Everyone from the top down should be fired today. Including Sherryl younger the manager! Oh that's right on a Friday at 2:00 she is not even in the building. We will be closing all of our accounts, business accounts and kids accounts and moving on. It completely sucks I have to leave a star in order to post or you would get ZERO stars because that is what you are worthy of.

Very disappointed in my recent transaction with Citibank Fraud department.I have been a Citibank customer for many years now and usually get great customer service.Recently, I placed an order with Groupon that was never delivered. That is another issue and I am still trying to get a live person at Groupon that cares.I decided to take it up with my bank. After all, if I had used my credit card the dispute would have been easy.I filed a dispute -I always acknowledging the purchase but advised despite numerous attempts I could not get a resolution (tracking number) from the merchant.After a month, I get a letter from Citibank saying to provide proof that I had canceled the order. Clearly, was not the issue so I phoned the number on the letter. After stating the amount and date of the transactions 3 times, the representative said he couldn't find the dispute.I said, well I just got a letter from you. His reply was "well, that was from Citibank". I said "and you are Citibank, correct"? No reply.Finally, after over 25 minutes on the phone he said "so if I understand you correctly, you don't recognize this charge".I was so frustrated!Sincerely hope their calls are recorded!

I've been a customer for wow 10plus years. Though I am a disabled Vet. with very little money they were happy to let me open an account when all other banks wouldn't let me. They always handle my disputes and needs. Thank you CITI. HOWEVER NEVER TAKE OUT A PERSONAL LOAN...TOOK A 3000 DOLLAR LOAN OUT WHEN ALL IS DONE ILL BE PAYING THEM BACK OVER 6000! CRIMINAL!
