I don't like this bank at all, when it comes to doing paperwork they make you wait a long time and tell you to go to another branch if you don't like it! but it's the closest! I'm thinking about closing my accounts

Manager is rude , tells you that she will call back and never doesNot aware of the bank policyPlease don't start moving to the bank before we check that we can help you with your request within ten mins and then never responds ..when I called her back before my appointment she said sorry you have to reschedule as I ll be ten minutes late !! Only because she didn t call me back

I will not recommend citi bank to anybodythe manager could open the acct for me instead watching me or telling me you need to make appt.I miss Chase bank.

Went in to open a business account after making an appointment. Was “helped” by Kristin and the manager came over at some point. We were a partnership, which my accountant had assured me didn’t require any paperwork other than an EIN. The branch disagreed. They said I needed to “file paperwork with the state”I asked what paperwork and they said “I don’t know I don’t own a business”. Ok guess I can google that. I wanted to just do it there, but they said they didn’t have the availability because Kristin was going to lunch.We asked if we could come back before closing “no it takes 2 hours to open a business account” ok fine.Can we come back tomorrow? “No we don’t do business accounts on Saturdays, takes too long”Ok can you check another branch for availability? “Nope we can’t do that”Ok then. That’s enough of an awful experience to take my business elsewhere. None of that was a weird out of line question. I was able to open a business account in the car with another bank on my 20 minute ride home, which will be finalized Monday very easily.I really think the answer here was “we don’t feel like opening a business account it takes too long” which I guess is better than the wells Fargo opening of ghost accounts, but not much.

Forget getting any help from this bank at all. They don't ever answer their phone ever. Then if you try to hold to speak to someone, after half an hour of holding they pick up and hang up. They've done this repeatedly. Worst customer service in the business. Do not bank at this bank until they can actually help people.

we had a really nice experience with open a bank account here, the Banker was so friendly and patient to assist us although we had trouble to make an appointment. definitely a pleasant experience.
