I went in Xmas Eve and the lady piercing ears was so busy flirting with the dad of a kid she had just pierced a few days prior. What could of been a one minute conversation was lingering in to her lecturing the kid while the father stood there just waiting for her to wrap up the process of re-piercing. I went in today and made an appt when I walked in, came back, waited patiently and overall the lady that did the piercing was rude. No thanks no smile no any type of thanks for being a customer and waiting while she ran late for the appt. It's sad that after reading other reviews it's a common thing at this location. I hope a manager or owner reads the comments and works on professional courtesy with the locations employees.

Years ago they used to be the go-to place for inexpensive jewelry hair pieces accessories and I really like them a lot Unfortunately they have now become like a lot of other stores that are high priced cheap stuff so wasn't really impressed this time.
