We have been banking with Clark County credit union for over 20 years. They are the friendliest and most efficient Bank we have ever dealt with we do checking, savings, and loans, and everything has always gone smoothly.

CCCU has exceeded all of my expectations. While I still have an account from a different Credit Union, CCCU surpasses every level of service, helpfulness and professionalism. Having a true full service credit union is a dying breed and I’m fortunate to get everything from CCCU.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have been a member for over 20 years, including numerous car purchases, and two mortgages through the CU. I bought a car from their members auto brokerage in June 2021 including GAP and warranty. The car had numerous issues over the past two years and the warranty was garbage and didn't cover anything. Finally, I gave up and traded the car in June 2023 because it needed over $4000 in repairs. I requested refund of GAP and warranty. GAP refund was denied because it was over 90 days and it's their "policy" not to refund after that. I kept GAP because I am a responsible owner and I only requested refunds because I no longer have the car and unable to use the GAP. The warranty refund was $110 less than it should have been and I only had the car two years. DO NOT BUY a car from them. It's a ripoff. You would think they would treat a member who has given them so much business better.
